  We recently had a great vacation in Seattle at this home. It was priced right, clean, and offered everything we needed. We had 3 generations under one roof and there was more than enough room for everyone. The 5 bedrooms allowed everyone a private space while the common areas had room for everyone to gather together. We are from Hawaii and were thrilled when snow fell on the home. It was beautiful. Parking was great and we were close to everything. We will definitely be back!!!

  Stayed for the week of Thanksgiving with kids coming and going from their home cities. Ideal location for activities in U District, downtown and Mill Creek. Nice, quiet neighborhood. House is very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend.

  We combined 3 families, including a toddler, and were delighted with this home. It is within easy walking distance of Green Lake and a charming retail/restaurant area. The home is beautifully furnished with an especially well-equipped kitchen. The appliances and fixtures have all been updated; the beds are comfortable and everything is very clean. We would return in a heartbeat. Travel to downtown Seattle, as well as the airport, is quick and easy. We loved it!!

  I stayed in the this lovely home in Green lake with six of my family members for one week. Initially, my family was considering staying in a hotel but having trouble finding one within our price range with the necessary amenties to keep us comfortable for one week. Because there were six of us, we needed two hotel rooms and even the least expensive rate available did not compare to the deal we got w/Carrie. I contacted Carrie regarding the home availability and the dates we would be staying in Seattle and she proved to be extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Everytime I called with questions or emailed she was quick to respond and happy to help. We payed for the reservation using paypal, which unfortunately I wasn't too familar with and accidently overpayed. This however was not a problem because when we arrived at the house my money was laying on the table. We were also able to check in to the house a few hours early which was very helpful since two of my family members were over 80 years old and needed to rest. The green lake home is comfortable, spacious, and conveniently located near several of the popular Seattle neighborhoods and attractions. We visited all of the touristy sites w/out driving more than 10 miles! There are multiple resturants nearby that deliver including Tangerine Thai, a delicious Thai food resturant operated by Carrie. She gave us a 25% discount on our delivery order since we were staying in her home. Placing the order was simple and her staff knew immediately to discount our food from the address we provided. If you are not familiar with the greenlake area, as we were not, driveways are hard to come by. We rented three cars on this vacation, and a major perk with this home, is the long driveway that fits three cars comfortably. This home is an ideal choice if staying in Seattle w/several people. We will definitely be staying here again our next trip to Seattle!

  Great house! We rented the house for my brother's wedding -- had three couples and an infant in the house and it worked out very well. Very spacious with three stories. Large living room to accommodate visitors as well. Walking distance to Greenwood Ave - restaurants, coffee, markets, etc. The owner, Carrie, was very easy to work with. And I would suggest ordering the Thai food from Tangerine Thai -- Delicious!

  Carrie--We had a wonderful mini-family vacation at your Seattle home. It was so nicely appointed and comfortable. Beds and bedding--top shelf, fully equipped kitchen. Dining area was perfect for entertaining. Thank you from a most satisfied group.

  This house was perfect for a two family vacation! Four adults and four small children and there was a ton of room for everybody. The owner Carrie was over the top helpful and friendly. Close to the zoo, lake, playgrounds, and a quick straight shot on 99 to downtown. Next time we're in Seattle we are staying here!

  We loved the house, and the tasteful decorating it had. Great for a big group of us, including kids and we all had an absolute blast. The house is perfectly located near everything we were doing...5 minutes to the zoo, 10 or so to Safeco, 10 min to the Space Needle etc! We will be making this house an annual trip we hope. The owner was most accomodating, and answered any and all questions very quick. It was wonderful to arrive with our group and not have to worry about where we were all going to fit. It was perfect! A side note too, the Thai food was fantastic, highly recomend it!

  The house and yard are fantastic and good value. Everything is clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. There is a lot of space for a large group and was perfect for a dinner party of 25+ after my son's wedding. Carrie responded ASAP with a request for a fan, the kitchen is extremely well equipped with even a wine cooler. The yard has one large shade tree making the space very comfortable all day. The house certainly contributed to a special weekend in Seattle.

  Our son's wedding brought all of our family to Seattle. All 15 of us stayed at this very comfortable home in Green Lake. The location was conveniently near our son's wedding venue. Everyone was so impressed by how pretty the house is. It has an older bungalow feeling but is updated to have all the modern conveniences. The decor was top-notch in the classic Pottery Barn style. The kitchen had everything we needed to make quick meals. The backyard was very nice and gave the kids a fun place to play with plenty of room. I really felt that this house was an answer to prayers! Thank you Carrie!
