A fantastic destination spot for those who love the outdoors, the quiet seclusion and privacy afforded by wooded 10 acres with lots of lawns, easy to access year round yet only 1 hour from Seattle. We hold all types of retreats you can think of here ...scrap booking, quilting, church & youth groups, yoga, ski/snowboarding, family reunions, weddings, wilderness training, foraging for wild edibles, wilderness medical retreats, work retreats etc .
Lodge is a popular destination for weddings because of the country setting with large spacious lawns, flower gardens, stunning views of the mountains and a totally natural setting. For those who get married at the lodge we have a “Marriage Log” where you can burn your name and wedding date into one of the center vertical logs inside the lodge.
We have sleeping accommodations for 25-28 and offer additional RV parking on site and can host weddings as large as 125 guests. The whole lodge, plus our 10 rooms are warm, inviting and have their own bathrooms. Come stay for just a night, or for the whole week. Read a book by the fire place, soak in the peace and tranquility of the space around, and enjoy the comradeship and fellowship of the people in your group.

We used Wallace Falls Lodge as a back-to-school team kick-off meeting. It is an incredibly beautiful property surrounded by local mountains and forests. The late summer day was spectacular. Our group loved the day spent at Wallace Falls Lodge even through most of our time was spent working. We catered our own breakfast and lunch, and the lodge staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating. I would highly recommend the serenity and beauty of the lodge that is perfect for family gatherings, romantic get-aways or as simply a retreat for business meetings, clubs, church groups - the possibilites are endless. My husband and I rented out the Wallace Falls Lodge for a three-day stay that included our wedding reception with 50 guests one of the evenings. The lodge was an excellent venue! It was reasonably priced, convenient and gorgeous. The property is beautiful and the layout worked perfectly to have an outdoor ceremony and reception. The caretaker at the lodge was incredibly helpful and professional. We had about 24 guests from out of town stay at the lodge all three nights, and everybody loved it. The kitchen is well set-up to accommodate large groups to self cater. This is a perfect venue if you are looking to have a small, outdoor wedding reception in the summer. It is easy for guests to get to the lodge if they fly into Sea Tac and rent a car.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a great multi-family get-together at the lodge. The large yard in the front was great for kids, and every bedroom having its own bathroom was perfect for a large group. Having the Wallace Falls Park in walking distance was also a huge plus: the hiking trails and falls are beautiful and suitable for people of all ages. We would definitely come again!Recommended for: Families with young children.

We had our wedding at the Wallace Falls Lodge. We rented the entire lodge (all 10 rooms) for the weekend. It was a very tough wedding to coordinate (kosher wedding, which means that it is done on Sunday afternoon, and requires special catering). The lodge owner and keepers helped us as needed with the coordination, were very handy and graceful, and sensitive to our special requirements. I couldn't be more thankful. With respect to the lodge and grounds: Everything at the lodge and the premises was absolutely delightful! Beautiful setting, everything was green, lilies flowering in the back yard, absolutely perfect. It was everything that we could have ever wished for and more. The hottub came in very handy both nights we were there, for the entire wedding party. Tiki tourches were also provided by the lodge to keep muskitos away (though there were a lot of those :) It was muskito season, but honestly, we had such a wonderful time, so it was not noticed. The rooms are very comfortable, the bed and mattresses are great, and view from the windows is very nice. Guests locked themselves out of their rooms and the lodge keeper was on spot to help us get back in. Other than that, we did not see the keepers at all all weekend. The inside of the lodge also looks amazing and gives a great feel of a good old country-side stay. We could not have asked for a better setup for our wedding!Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Owner built, Custom designed Country Inn and Log lodge with 10 bedrooms all with private attached baths. Built as a Country Inn in 1999. Decorated like a hunting and fishing, lodge style with huge log and pine beds. The log beds with each massive log post carried in one by one and assembled inside the room itself.
Why the Owner Chose Bothell:
Visiting the grand old log lodges of the Grand Canyon we wished to build our own lodge and share our love of log homes and lodges with our guests, yet make it affordable for family , work, and hobby retreats. As well as a place for small Country weddings with an emphasis on the family staying together at one place.
