Arrived to apartment with no air on (90degrees outside) and found master bdrm plexi glass window next to window unit laying on the floor. They sent maint up and he screwed plexi glass in, and left masking tape there, unsealed. Email management that master bdrm still didnt cool. They sent guy over to seal better. Was told the unit was undersized for room. They replaced unit that day, however, we were 5 nights in and hadnt slept at all. On 1st conversation, I asked to be moved and they said nothing was available. Upon sending them an email that we were moving out, they called to see if they could move us to another place. TOO LATE! They wouldnt refund us anything, but we were so tired and uncomfortable, that we had enough! Pictures look REALLY good, but experience was aweful. If your staying for 2 nights, maybe you can live through it, however, we rented it for 10days and only survived 5. I would NOT call this LUXURY!Did you find this review helpful?
