Stayed at this condo for 4 nights during the popular week between Christmas and New Year's Day. Spoke to the property owner on the phone a couple times before booking the trip and she was extremely quick to return my calls and very helpful in making a decision to stay here. Once booked, I received a very informative information packet via email that included everything I needed to know about the condo, directions, local town info, check-out procedures, etc. Frisco is a great central city to stay when skiing at any of the local area resorts (Keystone, Copper, Breck, etc.). Really funky town with independent shops, good restaurants and several good bars. Our condo was within walking distance of everything! In fact, once you get to the condo, you pretty much don't need a car as there is also a nearby shuttle that can pick you up and take you to the ski resorts. I'd recommend Abbey's Coffee for the morning hit, and Moosejaw or Backcountry Brewery for the after ski drinks. We ate at a few of the area restaurants as well and had no complaints at all. The condo itself was extremely clean and had everything one could want. We especially liked the wood burning fireplace and the endless supply of wood outside the back door. Bedrooms were large and clean, and the master had its own ensuite bathroom. Kitchen had everything you need and plenty of fridge and cabinet space. Also appreciated having a garage plus an additional parking space. There was also a communal jacuzzi tub, which seemed quite popular most nights, but our group did not partake. Overall, I would highly recommend this skiing area in Colorado, I would recommend making Frisco your central area to stay, and I would recommend this condo to anyone. You won't be disappointed.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 1992
About the owner: I love being outdoors in every season. I like to get bundled up and take a short winter hike up to Rainbow Lake above Frisco.
Why the Owner Chose River Glen:
Frisco is my favorite mountain town and River Glen is in the best part of Frisco. It's close to Main Street restaurants, shops and the Fabulous Frisco Fourth of July parade. I can take the Summit Stage to the ski slopes, or I can ride my bike almost anywhere from the bike path outside my back door. I enjoy walking to Rocky Mountain Roasters for cappuccino.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
My River Glen condo is a peaceful respite that just happens to be right off Main Street. It's a beautiful, quiet place to relax, with easy access to all the amenities that Frisco has to offer, including unique shops, galleries, and great restaurants. Frisco has maintained it's historic small-town feel without becoming overdeveloped. Spend the day skiing, hiking, or biking, then come home to a great mountain town.
