  We can't say enough about this Princeville property! It was everything you could ask for and more. The view of the ocean from the lanai was stunning. The humpback whales greeted us almost every morning, while we enjoyed our coffee. We all enjoyed the hot tub a great deal, especially in the evening after a long, full day. We stayed for 2 weeks and the hot tub was cleaned half way through our stay. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and we appreciated all the great spices. Our blender did leak quite badly (I'm sure from our overuse of yummy blender drinks) but as soon as we called someone came to replace it with a brand new one. Our kids had fun playing the Atari game in the evenings and the adults enjoyed going for quiet walks in the beautiful neighbourhood. The walk to Sea Lodge beach was short and picturesque. We all agreed that this beach has probably the best snorkelling in Kauai. We were often lucky enough to have it all to ourselves. Both of our families enjoyed hunting for sea shells here as well. This was our second trip to Kauai and we would definitely stay at this property again! Aloha

  The design of this home is such every room has a great view of the ocean. Each bedroom had an on suite bathroom. We have rented a lot of homes over the years and I must say this is one of the best. They have outfitted the house with nice amenities. The cookware and glassware is something I would use in my own home. The neighborhood is well maintained and the home and very private. We could sit on the wrap around deck for hours watching the ocean. This is a gem ... We will be back.

  Excellent property, astounding views of the water. Little things made a huge positive impact to our stay- the washer/dryer (front loading, newer), the hot tub (which was used every night), the waterfall, jetted bathtub (after a grueling hike, made me human again), the large accessible kitchen. The home was built to vacation in. I loved it. How Hawaii is it, to be able to walk down to the water 5 min away, to say hi to the fledging albastrossi (plural?) in front of the house, to walk through the plumeria littered lawn, past the water garden with orange guppies to a wrap-around lanai?

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

  Fantastic home, as advertised. We had a wonderful time-stayed home a lot and enjoyed the property. We will be back if this home is still on the market!

  I was hesitant to write a review for fear of having too many people find out about this place! This house is stunning, amazing views, and close to all the great things around the northern part of the island. Brian was great to deal with as well. My family was very sad to say goodbye but we plan to be back sometime in the next 2 years. Had every amenity of home so many conveniences that you will never get in a hotel scenario.

  Terrific home away from home. Very spacious, great views! Extremely relaxing. Walked to the beach and watched the whales breaching while soaking in the hot tub. Many times we felt that it was our own private beach. The owner of this beautiful house had furnished the place so beautifully , the neighborhood was so peaceful and well manicured,we never wanted to leave this paradise.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway.
