  This is a beautiful cabin! My first visit to Pigeon Forge, and I was not disappointed. My family of four(Mom, Dad,10 year old and two year old) felt very comfortable our entire 9 day stay. The cabin was accurately described and the photos were spot on. John, the property manager, was very friendly and helpful with our very few needs. The cabin was clean and furnished everything needed for cooking/grilling and lots of towels and extra linens. My only constructive feedback would be that there were a couple of areas that needed dusting(intake vents, window blinds, light fixtures, silk plants) and that the pillows on the two king sized beds needed to be replaced because they were flat.(We always bring our own pillows, so it wasn't a concern for us.) We truly enjoyed the hot tub and used it just about every day while gazing at the breathtaking views of the Mountains. Very close to a TON of activities and restaurants. It is impossible to be bored in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. We spent a day at Dollywood, another at Ober Gatlinburg, and still another at the Wild Bear Falls indoor waterpark(on a snow day). My daughter and I got a great mid-weak deal on massages at the Spa at Bear Cove Falls. Later in the week we hiked up the 2.5 mile round trip Laurel Falls trail and then drove down to Metcalf's Bottom and enjoyed a picnic by the river. All about 15-20 minutes from the cabin. Overall, a fantastic trip and a beautiful and welcoming cabin to call home for 9 days. I would definitely stay here again, you can rest assured!

  Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a romantic get away. The cabin was so beautiful, the hot tub was heated when we got there, and we really enjoyed the pool table. Everything was clean and in good condition and very close to all types of attractions. I would recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets through they were kind of lumpy and scratchy. Other than that we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

  Great Thanksgiving vacation at " Rest Assured". Property was clean and well maintained and located in very nice resort a short distance off of Wear's Valley Road. The pics of the property accurately show the amenities and furnishings. Pool table and darts in loft were a plus. Hot tub was a welcomed end to a day of hiking the Smokies. Very comfortable beds and nice jetted tub in main floor master bedroom.

  Rest Assured was very nice! There were 8 of us and it was cozy. Enjoyed the hot tub. Kids enjoyed the game room. Full complete kitchen was nice and we used washer/ dryer almost everyday.

  The house was very nice, clean and lots of room. We had a lighting storm on Tues that may have disabled the internet, because as of Wed we no longer had access. When we did have the internet it was a little slow. The house did have an Xbox, but no games. We do not own an Xbox, so we had to invest in games so our son could enjoy - go to the local Game Stop or if you have Xbox take a few games with you. The parking is an issue because you are going up hill. Causes issues when you get in and out of your vehicle. Clean pool, very nice - short drive to the entrance. Quiet. Did not see any animals. That was sad but we fould them on one of the parkway drives. Mins from the parkway. Would stay and recommend The Rest Assured house again. Ower was very helpful and friendly. Called and spoke with twice. Has a pool table, but ball number 4 is missing. Still played anyway, we are not pros so we just discounted that ball. Close to the grocery stores. Close to Dixie Stampede, The Hatfields and McCoys, lots of mini golf. Arcades. Close to Tanger Outlet.

  Awesome place! Within a few miles of the strip. Very private. Great location. Will stay again!

  Rest Assured is a beautiful cabin with lots of privacy. Plenty of room (and activities) for 4 adults and a 10 year old. The distance from the parkway is just right and the early turnoff (light 3) helps avoid traffic. The pool access is a great advantage and it's far enough away to not have to constantly hear the kids having fun. We all greatly enjoyed our stay and will definately rebook. I have already passed along information to friends planning a visiting to the area.

  The cabin was just as the picture shows and more. Beautifully decorated, beds were very comfortable, great deck to sit and relax, close to Pigeon Forge and all the action and just far enough away for peace and quiet also. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely rent this cabin again.

  Rest Assured was immaculate with very nice quality furnishings/equipment. Very nice back deck overlooking the woods, comfortable beds. Really enjoyed our stay.

  The cabin was absolutely beautiful and in perfect condition just as the pictures showed. The location was an easy 5 minutes from the main part of Pigeon Forge. We will definitely check this place out again.

The policy costs 7.0% of your total room reservation and we recommend you purchase the insurance at the time of booking to ensure the best coverage. However if you decline this is our cancellation policy. Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation and you do so outside of 60 days from your arrival date, you will receive a refund for the deposit made, minus a $250 cancellation fee. If the cancellation is done within less than 60 days of your arrival date, there will be a $350 cancellation fee.
