This first-floor, oceanfront condo features a wide beach, a swimming pool, and a large covered oceanfront deck with table and chairs. A second deck faces the yacht basin.

The modern kitchen includes a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and cookware.

There is a stairwell next to this first-floor unit's doorway. This brightly decorated and centrally air-conditioned condo sleeps eight adults. Ther is one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, one full-size bed, and four twin beds.

Condo amenities include two cable TVs DVD&VCRcombos. We can assist you with rental of towels, and linens, if needed.

Waterways, golf courses, historic Wilmington (North Carolina), and Cape Fear are all close by. Also nearby are two (island) boat launch ramps and a state park.

We protect the quality of the environment by NOT allowing pets or smoking indoors. We can assist you with rental towels, and linens, if needed.

  • My family and I had a wonderful time at this rental in July of 2006. It is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a laid-back beach vacation. Having a pool was important to us for those days the surf was too high for the little ones, so that is a great extra feature. It was awesome to be on the beach and in the ocean in less than a minute. The kitchen is great to cook basic family dinners on the nights you don't feel like eating out. The beds are super comfortable and everything was very clean and well kept. We had 6 adults and 2 children in our party and we all were extremely comfortable. Don't hesitate to choose this condo. Carolina Beach is a wonderful, family oriented vacation destination and this condo will help you enjoy your stay even more.

  • Spent 4 nights over the Memorial Day weekend -- 2 adults and 5 kids (5-15 yrs). It was a clean facility w/ plenty of room for all. The pool and beach were at our doorstep and provided hours of great fun.

  • We just returned from our stay at Carolina Beach and I wanted to let you know how pleased we were with your condo. It was very comfortable and we felt right at home. Our grand kids didn't want to leave! Our oldest daughter and family were in 2C and our youngest daughter was in another unit down the beach. Belinda Morre at Gardner Realty was very pleasant to deal with. She directed us to some very good restaurants in the area.

  • Our family stayed at this condo August 2005; we had such a terrific experience! I was a little leary of renting site unseen, but you should have no worries about this unit! Clean, plenty of room, nicely decorated, well maintained, modern up to date appliances, the pool is nice, central air works good, comfortable furniture...the list goes on! Carolina Beach is wonderful! Not crowded, clean sand, great for shell hunters like my kids! Kids and you will definitely like this condo! ENJOY!! GOD BLESS!!
