SM1 is definitely one of the coolest apartments we have in our collection. Completed in April 2012, this contemporary space exudes style, personality and has just the right balance between comfort and design.

When we say that a luxury apartment rental competes with the best of the boutique hotels out there, this would be a case in point example. The apartment comes fully equipped with a number of gadgets including a laptop, printer, wireless Bose iPod docking station, an iPod complete with a comprehensive music library. The owner has spared no expense to ensure that the guests of SM1 enjoy a relaxing, comfortable stay in BA.

Located steps away from Plaza St. Martin, which is pretty much as central of a location as you can get, the apartment is quiet and private with views of the plaza off the deck. The living area is open and has plenty of space, perfect for a couple or for the corporate traveler who is working downtown. The bed is situated off of the living and can be closed off with thick drapery – and with a flat screen that is set on a swivel, guests can enjoy the evening while watching a movie in bed or catch up on the morning news in the kitchen.

For those history buffs, this apartment building was also home to famed writer Jorge Luis Borges.
