The cottage is decorated luxuriously in a french country farmhouse style offering a unique warm and plesant live-in atmosphere. It offera a spectacular view of the lake and surrounding mountain range. It has three bedrooms and one bath with a steam shower and cast iron soaker tub. There is a big eat in kitchen complete with a Heartland Stove. The large living room with fireplace creates an especially peaceful and relaxing atmosphere and is a great place to hang out with the family. There is an oil furnace for winter skiing.
The exterior of the cottage has a flagstone terrrace facing the lake, lounge chairs, garden set and table and chairs on the terrace. There is a large lawn. The cottage is private from the other neighbors on the lake.You will be charmed by the beauty and tranquility of the surroundings and pleased with the proximity of ski hills, restaurants and the cycling and cross-country ski trail, Petite Train Du Nord.
LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF SKI COUNTRY WITH THE BEST POWDER SKIING IN THE LAURENTIANS 6K AWAY AT MOUNT ALTA.
Unfortunately we do not allow pets and there is no smoking in the cottage.
Winter rate November 1, 2011 - March 31, 2012: $1600 per week.
Special rates for Christmas, New Years, and School Spring Break:
December 24 , 2011 - January 7, 2012, and School Spring Breaks: Rate is $3000 Per week.
All other times; $1200 per week.

WATERFRONT DESCRIPTION AND NEARBY ACTIVITIES
The cottage has an excellent waterfront which boasts amazing swimming. With a shallow entry into the lake, it is perfect for young kids. The lake is very quiet and there are no motorized anything allowed on the lake. The lake is 11/4 miles in circumference and there are nice trails surrounding the lake.
There are many activities to keep you busy while visiting including:
Great Restaurants in the area - Les Zebres, Clementine etc.
Numerous golf courses in vacinity.
Kayak rentals are available in town.
Bicycle Rentals and cross country skis are available in town and down hill skis are available at the ski hills.
Swimming and paddleboating on the lake.

Two Double Beds, one 3 quarter bed & 1 twin bed. The twin bed is the pullout. Linens and towels must be provided by renter.

Beautiful - like being in a picture postcard. Found lots of interesting activities. Thoroughly enjoyed the amenities of the cottage. Thank you for a memorable time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
