Waterfront Home with own boat docks on Childs River a salt water inlet that leads to Waquoit Bay and Nantucket Sound, Martha's Vineyard is a half an hour by boat, the home is in Mint Condition and was custom built by owner with Large bedrooms and 3 full baths, a Master Suite with a seperate shower and jetted tub, kitchen has everything u need fro a blender to the wine chiller, outdoor furniture,
