This is a large 2 floor apartment of 130 m2, located in the centre of the charming Courmayeur village, in the east side of the Mt Blanc. Between France and Switzerland, it is an ideal place for winter or summer family holidays.
The apartment is cosy and fully furnished, with a little garden accessible in summer only.
On the first floor, one en-suite bedroom, two single bed bedrooms, one bunk bed bedroom, and two bathrooms.
On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a dining room and a large sitting room with view on the Mt Blanc Ridge.
For winter holidays, all skiing facilities such as cable car, ski rental are accessible by foot from the apartment.
For summer holidays, the activities include golf, tennis, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, rafting and spa.
