This beautiful 2 bed / 2bath / 1,748 sq-ft / 1st floor / carriage coach home built in 2004 is located in South Fort Myers West of US 41 featuring: beautiful Florida style cottage furnishings, hardwood floors in all bedrooms, tiles through out the carriage home, fresh paint, granite counter tops, new furnishings & accessories, washer & dryer, wireless internet & cable TV, 1 queen & 1 king size bed, 1 car garage, oversized & very private lanai, SE rear exposure, walk to pool & jacuzzi, very friendly neighbors & Shadow Wood Preserve is close to Barefoot Beach. This gorgeous condo rents for a minimum of 30 days or more. Tenant application & approval from HOA is required. The canoes and kayaks by the pavilion are for all residents and guests to use. Tenants can also use the pavilion as well as the tennis courts. Bay Woods does have social events from time to time which are open to all Bay Woods residents and guests.
Shadow Wood Preserve is a low-density gated golfing community surrounded by nature. This 440 acre community of only 300 homes is cradled by historic Mullock Creek, the mangrove fringe of Estero Bay and the Estero Bay Buffer Preserve. Shadow Wood Preserve was developed by the Bonita Bay Group.
Amenities include a private park on Mullock Creek with tennis, canoe/kayak launch, picnic pavilion and tot lot, a challenging fitness trail and miles of meandering recreational trails.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Villa Kathrin. We enjoyed everything from the fabulous location close to restaurants and Bonita Beach, very friendly neighbors, quite location, great lay-out almost feels like a villa rather than a condo, very clean and tastefully furnished. My husband has always trouble with the mattress “not this time” he slept like a baby. Looking forward to meet my new friends again. Love it! 5 Sterne für: 1) sehr gepflegte und saubere Wohnung in ansprechender Wohnanlage, 2) hochwertige Ausstattung, ... an alles ist gedacht, 3) angenehme Ruhe und Atmosphäre - Entspannung pur, 4) Shopping, Sport und Strand - schnell erreichbar, 5) nach Miami gehts in weniger als 2 Stunden, für mich wichtig. Unsere erste Reise nach Florida, … noch immer sind wir total begeistert! Durch das Internet entdeckten wir das Town House "Villa Kathrin", im Shadow Wood, zwischen Fort Myers und Naples. Schnell und unkompliziert buchten wir das Haus. Vom Flughafen sind es ca 10 Min. Fahrzeit. Bei Ankunft staunten wir, Vorort sah alles noch viel besser aus, als auf den Fotos. Die Anlage ist eine „gated community“, für uns ein wichtiger Punkt, dadurch fühlten wir uns sicher aufgehoben. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hochwertig, neu und luxioriös. Wir genossen die Ferien sehr, alles lief perfekt, vom Anfang bis Ende. Zwei Strände sind in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Während mein Mann zum golfen ging konnten meine Tochter und ich ausgiebig im nahen riesigen Outlet Center shoppen, einfach herrlich. Wir kommen wieder, ganz bestimmt, das haben wir den lieben Nachbarn im "Shadow Wood" bereits versprochen.
