Let's talk about your summer 2009 plans. It is not necessary to have a Saturday to Saturday stay. I am flexible with check in days.
Arrange your flight or your drive to suit you. Your stay may start any day of week.
Direct Ground Floor Access to unit. Beach access is a ten minute walk to Sea Pines Beach Club &Bar and Restaurant (Watch the moon rise!).
Nightly summer entertainment at this Beach Club. One-eighth of a mile walk to Ocean and Heron Golf Course Clubhouse and Driving Range and practice greens for putting and short game. Bike rental shop (call ahead and have bikes delivered to unit!) and health club near this golf clubhouse too.
Leisure trail access for biking and roller-blading is across the street, as is the ‘Hop-On’ point for Free Sea Pines Trolley (during peak seasons) to South Beach and Harbour Town (Watch the sun set!) Address (for those who know the area): Wildwood Spa on Lighthouse Road, across from Plantation Club units. Villa has a private wooded setting, with patio(with outdoor shower),with a partial view of eleventh hole of Ocean Golf Course.
Tastefully decorated(well of course, I would write that!)Newly painted January 2006! New AIR CON unit January 2007- 1400 sq.feet with cathedral ceiling. Patio access from LR or master bedroom. Master king-size bed with private bath. Upstairs is 2nd bedroom with private bath too.
2nd BR with 2 single beds or two single beds made up with sheets and bolster for one Queen Size Bed! Upstairs loft area (with sleeper sofa)overlooking cathedral ceiling-ed Living Room with queen-size sleeper sofa.
Three TVs w/cable. DVD and video on LR Television.Video on Upstairs unit.Shared pool is 30 steps from villa's door. Tennis court for unit complex is 50 steps away! I find it is rarely used! Unit is ideal treat for families or 2-3 couples. Guaranteed great eating at local restaurants. Giuseppi's pizza is 1/2 mile away as is Truffles, the locals favorite eating spot. List of favorite recommended restaurants supplied with each booking!
For those not familiar with Sea Pines:
It is a lovely gated private community with miles of bike/walking/roller blade paths. Bikes permitted on the beach.A favorite bike ride of mine is on the golf cart paths after hours! And riding at nightime on the moon lit beach.Other favorite hints for crabbing and biking provided to you too!
