It is spacious with over 1,076 sq. feet (100 sq. meters) of both indoor and outdoor space. The unit is actually a triplex unit. The living room and kitchen are on the lower level which leads up to the bedroom and then there is a spiral staircase that leads to the totally private terrace area.
