Come relax in our new decorator-inspired luxury golf villa in the beautiful Bear Trap Dunes resort community. Take in a relaxing sunset on the screened porch overlooking a beautiful lake and golf course or take a few steps out of our door to board a complimentary air conditioned shuttle to the beach or the shops of Bethany a few short miles away.
In addition to the beautiful 27-hole championship golf course which was voted "Delaware's Best", guests of our unit can enjoy two championship-size outdoor pools, a heated indoor lap-sized pool, hot tubs, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to the pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, a well-appointed fitness center, outdoor theater, onsite restaurants, shops and a tot lot. The Golf Clubhouse features a first-rate gold pro shop, a restaurant which serves lunch, dinner, and Sunday Brunch, and a fully-stocked bar. This is all without even leaving the community premises.
While at home enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with plenty of living space. You will enjoy the tastefully and comfortably decorated living room with a TV and a gas fireplace. The living room also features a full pull out sofa bed. There is a lovely dining room, a breakfast alcove, and two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a triple dresser, a TV, a master bath, and plenty of closet space.
The second bedroom features two twin-size beds, a dresser and a TV as well as ample closet space. There are ceiling fans in every room. Our unit has been independently rated as a Platinum property and features designer comforts and amenities for your enjoyment.
Enjoy your breakfast on the screened porch with lovely golf course and lake views or on the rear deck. The breezes are wonderful and relaxing.
Our unit on Willow Oak Avenue is wonderfully situated in the center of the community. It is a first floor unit so it is very convenient to everything. You can watch your children play while sitting on the back porch without having to go up and down steps.
The Village offers a FREE Beach Shuttle to Bethany Beach which runs from 8 AM to 8 PM every half hour through Labor Day. The Shuttle Bus stop is just outside our unit so it couldn't be more simple.
Southern Delaware has it all! The quiet resorts of Southern Delaware (including Bethany Beach) are also in the middle of all the action - all just a short drive from the major cities of the Mid-Atlantic. With pristine beaches, fine dining, tax-free shopping, entertainment for all ages, amusement parks, championship golf, fishing, environmental treasures and more, this exciting resort area offers a little something for everyone.
