  We spent a chilly but delightful week at this lovely and welcoming house with our 2.5 year old and 2 month old at the beginning of March. The kitchen was well-appointed, the beds were very comfortable, and we loved all the large windows so that we could enjoy the sunset views even when it was too cold to spend much time outside with the little ones. We had great fun visiting the aquarium, taking a windy walk on the pier, and enjoying the local dining (Tortuga's Lie was fantastic!).

  We had a great time staying in your beach home. The house had everything we needed. It was also very nice to have beach chairs, bikes, boogie boards and many other items. This was the best experience we have had renting vacation homes in Nags Head. The owners were wonderful to work with, they answered all questions and said if I thought of anything else to just call. The location could not be better, minutes to Food Lion or anything else you wanted. It was also a big plus having access to the beach club with the pool, beach access and the tennis courts. We had 3 adults and 2 children and we had plenty of room. I would recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in a convenient area with so many extras. You would not have to take anything just your luggage. Wonderful just can't say enough about our stay. Thanks so much!!

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. Great location and lots of extras with bikes and beach chairs. We would recommend this property to other families. Owner was very helpful with all of our questions and concerns and easily available. We have been coming to Nags Head for 22 years and I would recommend Tale of the Whale - always good food. The teenagers love Tortuga's Lie and Hurricane Mo's was fun as well.

  Our family had a great week in this beautiful home at the Outer Banks. This house was perfect for us and so clean. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 small kids. It was completely furnished from kitchen to bath & linens to the outdoor/beach equipment. The 4 touring bikes were a plus and we rented a kiddie cart for the grandkids. The development was quiet and we rode around without worry. The views were beautiful and we even took a 'family photo' on the upper deck. The VRBO descriptions and photos are an excellent representation of this rental property. The access to the Village pool club was priceless as the beach becomes a little overwhelming for a full day for the little ones. The free shuttle was a huge bonus as it allowed us to be more flexible in our time at the beach/pool. The house and development are an easy drive to the grocery store, mini golf, restaurants and shopping, and the traffic light access in and out of the development is a bonus as beach traffic can be a little intimidating sometimes. The owners were more than accommodating and communicative and we would definitely rent this property again. Thank you so much!

  This was my families first time to the Outer Banks and it was wonderful! The house came with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation: towels, sheets, beach chairs, and a well-equipped kitchen. The house is perfectly situated close to the beach, grocery store, shopping, restaurants, and miniature golf! The access to the pool club was priceless as our two young children were a bit hesitant about the ocean, but loved the pool. The owners were incredibly easy to work with and very communicative; answering all of our questions and giving us all pertinent information about our stay well in advance so we could arrive fully prepared for our stay! I would stay here again on my next trip to OBX!

  We had never been to OBX and were pleasantly surprised as we pulled up to this house! Adorable adirondack chairs on wrapped front porch was a great welcome! House was very clean and nice a COOL - It was a VERY hot and muggy arrival day. The location was great, only 15 minutes from Roanoke island where my children enjoyed the aquarium (it was ok, I'd give it a C), strolling the Elizabeth gardens and LOVED being a Pirate on the Pirate Adventure! We also love flying Kites at the close by Jockey Ridge. Another perk of renting this house was the close by use of the Beach Club. Great place to spend the day - gorgeous pool complete with shallow, kiddie side, diving board, snack/lunch/cocktail service and right on the beach! Beautiful!

  We really enjoyed our stay in Nags Head. You have a lovely house, very clean and well maintained. I would have no qualms about renting this home again. The view of the golf course and proximity to the beach, the Food Lion, stores, Manteo, Bodie Light House, etc was truly convenient. The beach club was a really nice feature. My kids loved the Wed. night party. My Dad and I played the links course and it was every bit as challenging as we anticipated. We definitely needed more time to do everything that we wanted, but we had a lot of fun. Thanks for responding to all of my questions prior to arrival.

  This is a good sized house with very nice rooms. The favorite feature was a hammock on the front porch. My kids and wife did a lot of reading and sleeping in that hammock. It is close to the attractions in Nag's Head and only a short distance from some fun stuff in Manteo. Kid friendly. The pool access via the complimentary club membership was a great benefit if you have kids too.

  We found the house to be very clean. It had everything we needed, right from a fully equipped kitchen, fresh linens and towels, cruise bikes, beach toys and more. Great location with easy access to beaches, groceries, outlet mall, restaurants and drivable to other parts of Outerbanks. The owners are very easy to work with. We had a great time and will rent this house again.

  A few friends and I stayed in this house for a week in March. The owners were extremely helpful and reliable. The house itself was very clean, and there were so many extras provided (e.g. bikes, all of the cooking utensils etc.). I would certainly stay here again, and I would recommenced it to anyone looking for a great house on the outerbanks.

Additional information about rental rates

We rent Saturday to Saturday during peak season (June 8 - August 30). All other times we have a 3 night minimum. There are no taxes or additional charges other than the security deposit. The Village Beach Club is available for your use at no additional charge.

Fees:

• Refundable Damage Deposit: $250
• Taxes Included

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations must be in writing and received by Owner. In case of cancellations, no refund of rents paid will be made until the canceled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the unit is not re-rented, all rents and deposits paid shall be forfeited as damages. If the canceled period is re-rented for the given time period, any rent and deposits paid will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee.
