This new little community is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the hectic pace of Destin and its traffic and is located along beautiful Scenic Highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, which is the 20 mile corridor that meanders past beautiful beaches and past coastal dune lakes between Destin and Panama City.

This beautiful stretch of road will take you past the coastal communities of Watercolor, Seaside, Alyce Beach, Watersound and Rosemary Beach and is dotted with shops and restaurants along the way. The bike path runs the majority of the way which is also great for jogging or walking. Gulf Place is within ¼ mile which has a public beach access, shops, restaurants and other amenities for your enjoyment. Frequent outdoor concerts on the green.

The other public beach access is steps from the entrance into this new little development called Old Florida Cottages, named for beautiful Old Florida beach that sits on a panoramic and serene bluff with views of Destin in the distance. This is an easy walk
or bike ride.
