Lovely Condo directly across from association's electric tram to 3 miles of private beach, two beach clubs with casual to fine dining in member only restaurants. Lounge chairs, and umbrella's provided, kayaks, canoes, sailboats. No need to carry anything to the beach.
The condo has beautiful views over the pool, lake, and golf course, from large balcony.
Two bedrooms, both with en suite baths, master bedroom with king bed, large screen TV, separate Roman tub and stall shower in master bathroom, 2nd bedroom has a full and a twin bed, den has 2 Murphy beds plus TV, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, living room/dining room, wet bar, ice machine, 2 TV's, High Speed Internet WIFI .
Gorgeous pool and jacuzzi, social room with large screen TV, full kitchen, beautiful lounge, and dining areas.
The Naples Philharmonic, Waterside shops, and churches are in walking distance.
N.B. The Pelican Bay Master Association and the Hyde Park Condominium Association both require the rental period to be a minimum of 3 months.
