Wow what can I say, this home was a an amazing place for my family on our vacation to Phoenix. The home has alot of space and is well kept. Having a pool table in the home was awesome, i'm pretty sure we played over 100 games of pool. The backyard and pool area are breath taking and would love to go back during the summer months to enjoy it :) The owner was a delight to deal with and was very helpful and patient with my 50+ questions. Greg the house manager was also great to deal with, very nice and very helpful. The community of Buckeye is an up and coming beautiful neighbourhood, It was nice to come home after a jam packed day and just sit outside in the peace and quite. The kitchen is awesome and has most of the equipment necessary to make wonderful dinners and even some baking if desired ( We did ), this property is highly recommended and if I ever return I will stay there again :) Thanks again Kris for everythingRecommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was a wonderful home for a family gathering. We have a small immediate family & we were all able to gather at this home and had a wonderful time. It had been 8 years since we had all been together & we had a great experience at this home. This home is well cared for and very clean. I would highly recommend this home as a rental. We had kids along with us and they had plenty of games for them to play and they LOVED the pool. This home has a beautiful, relaxing backyard. THANKS!!!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

I've rented a handful of houses in the greater Phoenix area for our annual spring training trip, but this one is by far the best! Absolutely beautiful house, perfectly appointed with comfortable beds/furnishings, and an amazing kitchen. The backyard includes a great gas grill, a shaded patio (with a seating area and separate table/chairs), and a lovely pool (heated to your liking for a reasonable charge). The property manager responded within 20 minutes of our call re: a dishwasher malfunction (that turned out to be the result of our poor dish loading). Not only did he immediately remedy the problem, he also brought us a box of donuts!!! We'll absolutely be back, and we won't even consider renting elsewhere. This home is beautiful, clean and spacious! My husband and I stayed here for a week and loved it! The master bed was more comfortable than our own. The privacy of the cul-de-sac and greenspace were nice and it was fun to watch the bunnies and the sunsets. The neighborhood was nice to walk and the golf course was nearby. There are also nice conveniences such as the grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed eating at the Cracker Barrel. Buckeye is an easy drive to Phoenix and other attractions. We will definitely stay here should we return to Arizona and it would accommodate our whole family easily with each couple enjoying their own beautifully decorated rooms. The home is in like new condition!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
