Come enjoy a relaxing vacation in our clean and newly remodeled waterfront, traditional Keys botel. Unit is a half duplex with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and is located on the best canal in KCB. Our turn-key property sleeps 4 adults or a family of 5, beds include one king, one queen and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked, unit has a full-size washer & dryer, boat parking and guest privileges to the Cabana Club, a private beach and swim club and access to private Inch Beach. Location and amenities make this property one of the most desired in KCB. On the waterside, the unit is located on the deepest, widest (200’), and most private canal on Key Colony Beach and offers quick and easy access to both the Gulf and the Atlantic Ocean. Vaca Cut is about 1 mile by boat. On the street side, the unit is directly across the street from the KCB 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, paddleball, basketball court, horseshoe and bocce ball areas, and children’s playground.
The unit is walking distance to 3 restaurants, a coffee house, Sunset Beach, and the Cabana Club. Also within walking distance are: kayak rentals, a dive & snorkel shop, boat rentals, and world-class charter services.
This property has been remodeled inside and out. Inside is clean and comfortable, with plenty of room for lounging and cooking. The floors are tile, the beds are comfortable, the appliances are new and the countertops are granite. There is a TV & DVD player in each room and high speed wireless internet.
Outside, the duplex is landscaped and offers 2 parking spots, including parking for 23’ trailer straight in or 25' parked at an angle. On the waterside there is an outdoor table and chairs and two chaise lounges. The waterside patio is a great place to enjoy coffee while watching the sunrise or an evening cocktail. Also on the waterside are a gas grill, a bait freezer and a fish-cleaning table. The finger dock offers water & power and accommodates boats up to 38’ LOA and/or with a beam up to 14’.
Key Colony Beach, known as the 'Gem of the Florida Keys,' is located between Key Largo and Key West, just off Marathon (Heart of the Florida Keys). The area is renowned for its superb fishing and diving. Nearby attractions include Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital, Theatre of the Sea, Crane Point Hammock & Museum, Bahia Honda State Park, National Key Deer Refuge and more.
We allow 1-2 pets per unit (with prior approval and fee) and the unit is non-smoking with smoking only permitted outside.

THIS PROPERTY IS JUST PERFECTION!! WE COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!! THANKS FOR EVERYTHING...WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR...THE CORONAS WERE A NICE TOUCH...Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had an outstanding stay at this property in Key Colony Beach! The unit is well maintained, clean and all appliances and the ever important a/c was fully operational. KCB is a bicycle friendly town and you can pedal anywhere you need to go. A great bonus with this property was the ability to use the "Cabana Club" and "Inch Beach." Add in "Sparkys Landing" for food and beverages on the water and you can have an excellent vacation without having to travel far. However, if you want to travel the Keys the properties location in the middle makes for an easy commute up or down for day trips. We would totally recommend this rental to others and plan on returning in the future!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This is the second year that my sister and I stayed at this owner's properties. This year we stayed in one of this owner's other properties and it was absolutely delightful. The condo was spotlessly clean and could not have met our needs more. The unit is furnished beautifully and the outside was amazing. We could not have picked a better place for our March getaway. I would recommend this property and this owner to anyone. It is clear that this owner takes such great pride in maintaining his properties in KCB. Pack your shorts, flip flops and bathing suits because that is all you will need to bring. This owner has supplied everything else you will need for a wonderful stay in KCB.Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

We just completed an enjoyable month in this lovely waterfront home. The property is sparkling clean, with all the amenities anyone could possibly need. As an added bonus, there are multiple restaurants, golf, tennis etc. within walking distance. Manatees and dolphins come swimming by the dock while you relax in the lounge chairs. The home also comes with a welcoming gift of Corona and lime, friendly neighbors and owners that could not be any nicer or more helpful.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful vacation home for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. The home was very comfortable and nicely updated. At night, the underwater lights at the dock attracted all sorts of fish including a tarpon! Our two dogs also enjoyed watching the fish at night and going for walks on the boardwalk. The finger dock was great for some night fishing and was a perfect fit for our boat. The home is in a great location and is a short walk from all of the restaurants in KCB, the Cabana Club and beach. We would return to this home again and highly recommend it to others. The owner and property manager are very nice and accommodating. Did I mention that there was a 6 pack of Corona with a lime in the fridge as a welcome gift? That was a nice touch and much needed after a long drive. Thanks for a great stay. See you next summer!Recommended for: Pet owners.

About the owner: I have been coming to Key Colony Beach all my life. My family spent every summer here while we were growing up. My brother and I had incredible freedom to fish, go diving and tooling around in our Boston Whaler.
Why the Owner Chose Key Colony Beach:
My grandparents bought the raw land that our other VRBO units (#9 & #10 7th street) are built on. We think 7th Street is the best place to be in the Middle Keys.
The Unique Benefits at this Bungalow:
7th Street units have great access to the Gulf & the Atlantic; a wide & deep canal, no docks on the opposite side of the canal and is the only street that has the boardwalk, on which you can walk the length of the street on the waterside. This gives it a neighborhood feel and encourages socializing with your neighbors.
