  Very well-furnished and equipped unit. Owner is very helpful and was genuinely concerned about our satisfaction. We'll rent from her again!

  Thanx Cindy for an enjoyable stay...your Villa was exactly as described, and more. The hardwood floors and area carpets create a homey warm atmosphere. The Villa was very clean and bright and with the features you offer, we felt like we were home. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and will come again.

  Recently had a fantastic long golf weekend here with a few friends and family. The condo is really well furnished and convenient. We loved the fact that we were within 5 minutes to all three of the great Sea Trail golf courses and the beach was just a short hop over the bridge to Sunset Beach. And, the owner was SO easy to work with and provided great communications. Would definitely rent this unit again in the future.

  This was our first experience with VRBO, as well as our first visit to lovely Sunset Beach. We were very pleased with our accommodations. The Villa was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, we especially love the hardwood floors. The setting is quiet, relaxing, and peaceful. The screened porch is a delightful space for happy hour and breakfast. The owner was extremely helpful, and readily available to answer questions, and give local information for restaurants, golf, and general information. If you are looking for a great getaway for golf and the beach, this is the perfect choice. We plan to return and will definitely stay in this spacious Villa.

  This is our second year in a row and planning on going back again and again. It is so quiet and we love the short distance to the ocean. We got a lot of use out of the pool directly out front of the Villa. Life is good in Sunset Beach.

  We were very comfortable. Our adult children stayed with us as they were able. The mini-suite was perfect for my son and his young family as they couldn't hear us in the evening and we couldn't hear them in the morning. The owner was very helpful and informative.

  This property is beautiful, description and photos are very accurate. It was very clean and well maintained. Owner was very helpful with giving great places to eat and where to go on the beach. The Gravy is a great place to eat and the hushpuppies were wonderful. The Creamery is a icecream parlor and it was wonderful also. My family and I would love to visit again. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

  We stayed at this condo for three weeks and had a wonderful time. We have stayed at Sea Trail on several previous trips but this condo was certainly the best to date. The condo was decorated beautifully and came well equipped. The second bedroom in the mini suite made it feel more spacious and the orientation to the evening sun on the outdoor deck made it a great place to relax at the end of the day! This area for golfers is superb with many courses within a short drive and at a reasonable price. The 3 courses at Sea Trail were in excellent shape as well we played a couple of ones in the area that we would highly recommend including River's Edge in Shallotte, Cape Fear National, and Crow Creek. Overall, this was an excellent stay and the owner was very helpful and provided a clean ,well appointed condo for our stay. Thanks again.

  We stayed at this home while looking at colleges in NC hoping for some beach time. The home was beautiful and as described. It was about a 5-10 minute drive from the beach which was a nice quiet beach with a good view of the sunrise and sunset. We also checked out the Creamery for some awesome ice cream and went to Calabash for dinner which was a 5 minute drive. The home was nicely furnished with comfortable beds and pillows. We used both the main apt and also the mini apt. both of which were very clean and nicely furnished. The owner was also very friendly and helpful and prompt in responding. Great place for a short getaway or longer home away from home!

Yes, we love that the new bridge (replacing the old swing bridge)really does make it so much easier to get to the beach.... no more than 5 minutes to the OCEAN! An additional 2-3 minute drive will take you to Bird Island, a more secluded area of Sunset Beach. You did try my favorite ice cream place, the Creamery, I try to go once a day when I am in town. We are thrilled you had a comfortable stay and look forward to your return.

  It was great to return to the Sunset Beach area yet again for much needed rejuvenation. Typically, Sunset Beach filled our souls with comfort, solace and peace. The condo was GREAT! It is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities of home; including a DVD player with an accompanying DVD library. The novel selection was great even though we brought our own. On our next trip I wonèt need to! Afternoon cocktails on the screened in porch allowed us to review our shots of the day and plan our next round on one of the three excellent choices on site for the next day. Given the opportunity to stay here again, I would do it without hesitation and would recommend this property to any of my friends. Thanks again for the energy replenishment!
