Need some exercise? This is the place to be on Wintergreen Mountain for golfing, tennis and hiking. We are conveniently located next to the Eagle Nest Golf course and club and easy walking distance to tennis.

Have a limited budget? We will match any advertised price for a 4 bedroom or larger condo or home on the mountain. Plus we thank our military and veterans for their service by providing them with a 10% discount on all rates. Requires proof of service (military ID or DD-214).
Enjoy this spacious and tastefully furnished 2,140 sq. ft. mountain townhome in the gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains. This mountain community has some of the most spectacular views in America. Walk to tennis, golf or spa with both indoor and outdoor pools or take the frequent shuttle to nearby ski lifts. Need a break from skiing, golf, swimming or tennis? Try your hand at Foosball.
Enjoy maximum privacy with the unique bedroom layout. Each of the four bedrooms has its own private bath room. The four floor layout provides maximum privacy for sleeping while providing plenty of open space on the main floor to enjoy your friends and family. The Master Bedroom includes a king size bed, a walk-in closet, a new 42 inch flat panel HD TV. Sit out on one of the two decks to enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the Shenandoah Valley.
Children will love the four-bunk bedroom with their own private bathroom. The other two bedrooms have new queen sized beds and their own bathrooms. One bedroom has two single Murphy beds to accommodate two more children or adults. (Prior arrangements are required to use the Murphy beds.) Unlike a condo, there are no other renters above or below to disturb your peace and quiet. Our place is perfect for two families or up to four couples to share a week in the Blue Ridge mountains or stay a month or the whole season.

A group of my friends and I stayed at this property for a ski weekend. The property exceeded our expectations. It was clean and inviting. There was plenty of room for the seven of us. The fireplace had plenty of wood for the whole weekend and then some. I was amazed cable tv included all premium channels. Who does that for a rental property? Overall, an excellent visit and I will definitely come back here next time I'm skiing Wintergreen,Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This place had a great view, plenty of room for our large group, and close to the mountain. And there's a shuttle that can take you down to the slopes if walk 5 min. Our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 teens) had a fantastic MLK weekend at Wintergreen! The condo is well-situated near the shuttle bus, cafe and even walking distance to the spa. We never heard noise from the neighboring condo tenants. The condo was nicely furnished, with the master king bed being especially comfortable. Appreciated things like hand soap and paper towels being provided. The owner was very responsive to our questions before we arrived - super nice guy who quickly replied to our emails. Nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom and the jetted tub in the master was particularly great for a soak after a day on the slopes. We were blessed with 6 inches of fresh, natural snow the night before we arrived and enjoyed warm temps and bright sun on the slopes. If you're going tubing on a busy weekend, buy your timed tickets online before you leave home. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Very much appreciated the military discount!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our stay was wonderful, and we had a fantastic vacation! We were an extended family of 8 adults, and we prepared and ate most of our meals in the house--we found the kitchen and dining room generously suited to our desires. The house was clean, attractive, neat, and well-supplied with all the little conveniences our large group could wish for. The unobstructed, clear view from the balcony, high on the mountain and overlooking the Great Valley to the west, with the George Washington National Forest in the distant background--gave us a stunning view. The fireplace was most welcome, and the house included an inexhaustible supply of split firewood--it added to the festive mood and the joy of our stay. We also made much use of the impressive TV/sound system in the living room, and the wireless Internet was fast enough to stream online rental movies flawlessly. The beds are all comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms are modern and well-appointed. Nothing was missing--everything was delightful. It was a most enjoyable, memorable stay.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Wow...what a weekend! I heard from a friend about this particular property and stayed three awesome nights. This may be the top spot at Wintergreen. The location could not have been better. Great view of the mountains, no noise or traffic but only a 3 minute walk along the ridge to Black Bear Cafe. We started several hikes just walking out the front door. The condo itself was very clean and cozy. We cooked every meal in the newly renovated kitchen and finished with a real fire each night. The bed, furniture and decor were great. By the way the place was huge! We stayed on the main floor for the most part but it had additional bedrooms up and downstairs. The audio and video systems worked flawlessly. The balconys were roomy, well maintained, and provided breath taking views. All I had to do was show up. It was an easy stay with only good surprises. I got more than I paid for. Thanks again,,The bottom line is this place rocks and I will be back for more!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our escape to Wintergreen resort. The property lives up to the listing in every way. The townhouse offered everything we could need for our long weekend visit: from the privacy of the large bedrooms and separate bathrooms to the proximity to hiking, skiing and the spa. Tennis and golf are a short walk from the front door. It was an easy drive down the mountain to several good wineries and breweries that offer tastings. After enjoying a variety of hikes in and around the mountain, we relaxed in front of a roaring fire and made the most of the well-appointed kitchen to cook our own meals. The view of the sunset from the balconies is spectacular! As an Army veteran, I appreciate the military discount and look forward to making another visit to this property in the summer or fall. I have already recommended this property to my friends. We will match any publicly advertised rate for a four bedroom, 4.5 bathroom condo or house or larger on Wintergreen mountain. There is a $140 cleaning fee. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation policy:
RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY If you cancel prior to 30 days before your check in date, we will refund your money, less a $25.00 processing fee and 3.5% of the total to cover credit card charges if a credit card was used for payment. If you cancel within the 30 day period, we cannot refund your money unless the townhouse is re-rented for the entire cancelled period and for the full rental amount. Cancellation requests must be made in writing or by e-mail. There are no refunds for early departures, hurricanes, tropical storms or weather conditions, even if a mandatory evacuation is ordered. Trip cancellation/interruption insurance is available from InsureMyTrip by calling (800) 487-4722. In the rare event that this unit is no longer available for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and make a full rental fee refund within 30 days. We will also provide suggestions for a replacement. DAMAGE DEPOSIT By signing this agreement, you agree that you will be responsible for any damage, loss or expenses beyond reasonable wear and tear incurred by your accommodations or its contents resulting from your rental. No damage deposit will be charged to renters paying by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Any extra charges or damage will be charged at the end of the rental to your credit card on file. CHECK IN Check in is at 4:00 p.m. Your key code will not work until that time. Checking in early may be possible. They live nearby and are available 24/7 by phone. For non-emergency issues, please contact them during normal business hours. CHECK OUT Check out time is 11:00 A.M. on your departure date. Please leave the townhouse tidy and in a “broom clean” condition. Feel free to use the available cleaning supplies to tidy up the rental before you leave. Please place all dishes in the dishwasher with dishwasher detergent and turn it on prior to leaving, collect the trash and take it to the compactor in the front/lower Wintergarden Spa parking lot, return heat/air conditioner to original setting and lock all windows and doors. Please be sure to leave the ski locker/outside deck door key in the kitchen above the phone. There is a $20 fee for lost keys. ADDITIONAL CLEANING CHARGES/TRASH REMOVAL We will inspect each property after your departure. Guests are responsible for additional cleaning fees that may result in efforts above and beyond normal wear and tear for a normal cleaning. Please take trash bags to the trash compactor in the front (lower) parking lot of the Wintergarden Spa. Please drop off your trash bags at this location throughout the week and on departure. Thank you. WIRELESS INTERNET Due to the uncertainties and complexities of wireless communications, we cannot guarantee that the wireless connection will be available for your use or compatible with your equipment. If, for reasons beyond our control, you are unable to use the wireless connection in your rental, please use the connections located at the Black Bear Café and the Mountain Inn. RESPECT OWNER'S PERSONAL PROPERTY Please respect the owner’s personal property. Items such as provisions in the kitchen, board games, stereo equipment, DVD’s and CD’s are fine for you to use. Please put them back where you found them after use. Also please turn off electronics when not in use. There are two routers behind the living room TV. Please do not use or change the wiring to the white one as that might prevent the keyless entry from working which might lock you out. There is a minimum $75 fee for correcting electronic equipment connections. Towels and bed linens are provided. Please do not use them to clean shoes or ski equipment, etc. There are disposable rags in the broom closet for that purpose. Hand soap is provided but bath soap and shampoo are not provided. Each of the four bath rooms has a hair dryer. Please leave them in the bath rooms under the sinks. SMOKING This is a no smoking unit. Renters who disregard this restriction will be liable for a clean-up fee. PETS No pets are allowed. The owner has an allergy to animals. If pets are found to have been kept in the property, you agree to be responsible for an additional charge for flea treatment and/or hair/dander removal. LIABILITY The property owner shall not be responsible for accidents or injuries to guests, nor for loss of personal property. It is the responsibility of each guest to keep the unit locked and secured at all times, as well as to watch over the well-being of all members of his/her party. Following your departure, if items have been left behind, there is a minimum charge of $20.00 to return the items. OCCUPANCY This unit has an occupancy limit, and will be strictly adhered to. Guests who exceed the occupancy limits will face immediate termination of the rental unit with no refund of rental monies paid. The renter must be 25 years old or older.
