Our sunsets are spectacular, as are the opportunities to walk the beach for miles … or to shore fish, swim in the Gulf’s invitingly warm waters, surf or stop to build a sand castle. You’ll enjoy the pelicans, local sand birds and many dolphin sitings.
Shops, dining and night life are within a short walking distance. Just below your balcony you’ll find a spacious deck and heated pool. There are plenty of comfortable chairs as well as patio tables and umbrellas to enjoy the relaxed setting around the gulf front pool. If you don’t feel like eating out or cooking inside, two stainless barbeque grills are located on the deck for your convenience.
Inside our unit, you’ll be treated to island comfort in a tastefully decorated one bedroom with two full-sized beds. The living room includes a large flat screen TV with DVD and the full range of cable selections, along with a Bose BlueTooth sound system to play Pandora or your own music collection from your smartphone or tablet. The kitchen is modern, clean and well equipped. Wireless internet makes doing your remote work or leisure web surfing effortless and complimentary. Our bedroom also features a flat screen TV with DVD. You will also have a designated parking spot.
There is a coin laundry room on each floor and friendly management on site seven days per week.
Major attractions and the Tampa airport are only a short distance away. If you are not driving, there is plenty within a short walk or via the convenient trolley that passes right by the building.
