  Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is cute as a button, nice open floor plan.The kitchen is great and has everything you will need. The house leaves a little to be desired in the backyard space, the gravel on the ground is a bit uncomfortable, the outside furniture was dirty when we got there. The master bedroom is good size with a large closet and bath. The second bedroom is fine too, a nice closet. The second bath has a tiny shower (expected with a 1899 house), the shower curtain needs to be replaced, the blow dryer is broken. Vine street has a pretty steady flow of traffic, not awful but it is noticeable. Overall a great location, we walked to downtown park with no problem. We love Paso and have stayed in several rentals, but will probably not stay here again. It would be nice if the property manager would do a walk through and get the place ready before a customers arrival, for this kinda a money I expected a bit more.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overpriced for the size of the house. Max of four people and no privacy based on the layout of the house. Busy street. Great location to town (bike or walk) and convenient stores nearby for food. Very sweetly decorated and comfortable house (just small and expensive).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great experience-a house is so much better than a hotel! My complaints revolve mostly around details; dirty pans, complicated coffee maker with wrong fitting pot, old/worn kitchen utensils, minimal stock of utensils/pans, filthy/sticky blow dryer, bathroom vents filled with lint, squeaky bed-However overall look is charming and generally clean-good location with lots of adorable houses nearby. If you plan on doing alot of cooking you may want to bring supplies. Manager responded on 12/2/2012: Erin We take your complaints serious. We went immediately after reading blow dryer had been left by last guest. The housekeeper did not pull it out of basket and look. It was as sticky and horrible as you say. Evidently they had brought it and use it for craft projects. It was removed and new blow dryer has been replaced. Also coffee maker and misc kitchenware has been replaced and added to. Housekeeping was sent in and a 'sping cleaning' was done. We appreciated your visit and hope we can have another chance in future to show you improved hospitality. Thankyou.

Reviewer Comments: Cute Place with old-time look and yet modern ammenities The place is nice for two couples, we had a extra body that required the hid-a-bed but we made due. The glasses and dishes could stand to be replaced but other than that is was nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very quaint and cozy home. The staff is extremely helpful! We were in Paso for a week visiting family. We spent much of the time with our family at their home, but occasionally stayed to relax at the rental home. The home was quaint and well taken care of. It was a bit on the dark side, but there is not a solution being that it is tucked in among trees. We would have liked the kitchen to open up to the back or at least have a window to the backyard. The kitchen definitely needed windows, or maybe a sliding glass door to a patio. This was an enhancement that would have been wonderful! Otherwise, the home very clean, in a great location, is nicely renovated and fairly spacious for being a small house. Thank you! We enjoyed our stay so much that we are now are looking to buy a home in Paso.
