  My family of 20 stayed for a week at this beautiful home and had a wonderful time. We really enjoyed the pool, spa and roominess of the home. It was terrific being so close to all the parks as well. Thank you.

  Can't say enough about our 8 day stay! The house is huge more than enough room for the 13 of us (6 adults & 7 children). Disney is minutes away and anything you need from food to restaurants and shops all within a few blocks. This security gated community is quiet and well maintained, great for families, seniors, etc. The pool area is great for the kids, had a hard time pulling them away when it was time to head to Disney. The house is well maintained, very nicely furnished and the beds were all comfortable. Looking forward to coming back in the future!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This house was large and very comfortable. The pool was heated and my grandchildren used it every day. It was very close to Disney and we enjoyed relaxing in the evening in the TV room and outside on the deck. We were very satisfied with the property.

  This house was amazing! We had 10 people in our group and it never felt crowded. Location was great for Disney. There was lots to do very close to the house. The pool area was very nice and comfortable. We had 6 kids ages 3 to 16 and they all loved it. The teenage boys enjoyed the clubhouse and separate tv room while the other kids played in the game room. Also beds were super comfortable which was great after a long day at the parks. We had no complaints at all. I would absolutely recommend this property. Owners were very prompt with responding to my questions and very friendly. Property was clean and very well maintained.

  This was the perfect fit for our family of 18 during Disney Marathon week! The property is well maintained and the owner is very responsive. The propane for the grill ran out over the weekend and he came personally to pick up the tank and deliver a full one as well as bring some billard sticks and adjust the pool temperature. We would highly recommend this property for the cleanliness, the amenities, the location and the superb customer service from the owner of booking and communication. A suggestion would be to add more teaspoons and plastic glasses for children. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations! We want to come back! Rebecca

  We had a wonderful stay, however the listing states 8 bedrooms we counted 7, unless the theatre room is considered a bedroom. Shawn was very helpful, we would recommend this property for a famly reunion or large gathering . The beds were comfortable with good bedding and pillows. The resort staff was also helpful and the area very quiet. We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with a gathering of the clan a total of 10 adults. We had 2 bbq dinners and ate all breakfasts and some lunches at the house. We ordered tickets for Disney and Universal thru Love Orlando.com and the staff there were outstanding. No worries. Thanks again to everyone who made it an outstanding 50th Wedding anniversary celebration. Bob and Lois

  Staying in this beautiful home for the week just added to the magic of Disney World! This home is very clean, comfortable and huge! We had 13 adults and 6 kids staying there and never felt crowded. All of the master bedrooms really set this house apart from others and each family having their own bathroom was great. The home has a great floor plan, the kitchen was huge, brand new appliances, large pantry was great for all of the groceries. It was so nice to be able to relax and grill and eat dinner at the house after a long day at the parks. (and cheaper too!) Shawn and Rebecca were extremely accommodating through the whole process and their communication was great. Any issues we had were address promptly and professionally. I would recommend this house to any big group, it is close to Disney, the club house was great too even though we didn't have a lot of time to utilize it. We wish we could have stayed a whole second week and just relaxed at the house! Thanks Shawn and Rebecca, we hope to be back soon :)

  Well, what can I say? The home was just wonderful, huge with beautiful furnishings. Everyone was comfortable and had more than enough room to have a place for quiet time. The kids absolutely enjoyed the pool and lived in it for hours on end. The adults basked in the sauna amd relaxed on the deck in very comfortable chaises and chairs. The pool is lighted and turns a serene blue and green at night. That was a first for us. The pool area even had a safety fence to keep the little one safe. The kitchen spacious with plenty of cabinet space. Shawn and Rebecca are great owners and easy to work with on anything. The neighborhood was quiet and you'll really enjoy the wild life and birds that wander throughout the neighborhood. We have stayed in other villas that were nice, but this one topped them all. We will definitely come back again. Have a wonderful holiday! Angel

  My family of 6 stayed here at the end of April through the beginning of May. First, the gated area this house is in, is great. There are two close playgrounds within the community which was a biggie for my young kids. Plus there was a big clubhouse and pool, which we didnt use, but it was there. We took many walks and runs through an woods area. The kids loved it and we felt extremely safe inside this somewhat secluded, quiet safe area. Once you got out of the community, you were just minutes from everything you wanted from restaurants, to target to Disney itself. It was maybe a 10-15 minute drive from the drive way to the parking lot at Disney. It doesnt get any better, and this is after many trips to disney from surrounding neighborhood stays. Second, the house is very large and very nice. Wayyy more than we needed for my small family. We could easily have had 4 other families join us on this trip..which we will likely do next year. The pools and spa in the house were great and open out to a nice central courtyard. The area was a quiet and made for pretty nights. The house had all the amenities that you need, was clean, and in proper working order. My only suggestion, not a complaint, is to ensure you keep the upstairs blinds closed during the day. It does get hot during the day and the sunlight can heat up the rooms too much. The airconditioning system works, but it will help out alot if you keep the blinds closed. We stocked up on groceries at teh Target, which was maybe 6 minutes from the community. Bring your garmin or IPAD with you to find all the local options for fun. Theres a ton to do and we will likely be back here again next year. Sadly, we enjoyed the house so much we were tempted to give it a negative review to curb the amount of renters and ensure it was available for us next year. However, we couldnt do it.   I recently returned from a stay in Florida and stayed at this rental. I dealt with Shawn for booking and he was very friendly accommodating. The home is as in description very large and spacious. More than comfortable for 3-4 families. Home was pleasantly decorated and clean when we arrived. Had a small issue with pool heater but called and we were contacted immediately and problem was solved. Loved having our own pool and spa. We certainly made use of both. I do wish that there was more afternoon sun in pool area. Lots of sun outside of fence and did sit out there at times and came in to swim. This is only an issue if you are a sun worshipper and want direct sun after 2 PM. I would definitely recommend home to friends. It is centrally located to shopping and restaurants if you chose to go out. It is nice to stay in and use the barbecue and relax by pool.
