Year Purchased: 2001
About the owner: My wife and I built this house in 2001 and have lived in Sag Harbor since 1980. We emigrated to New York in the early 1970s and are both from Ireland and usually return to the west coast of Ireland each summer.
Why the Owner Chose Sag Harbor:
This house was not built as a vacation rental, but a year round house. We have been year round residents of Sag Harbor since 1980 and love it all times of the year.
