This superbly located, completely furnished condo is the ideal place to spend the winter months. Though not large, the place is very well furnished, with great attention to detail. I arrived with nothing more than two suitcases, but was able to stay for several months without buying anything. Kitchenware, bedding, towels, TV and DVD, even a few household tools and a chess set are supplied. There is terrific wildlife and desert-scape off the patio -- with an unfortunate view of a parking lot beyond-- but from the front door you encounter a breathtaking view of the Catalina mountains. That parking lot has a silver lining: it serves Tuscon's classiest shopping center, just steps away. The owner was very attentive without being intrusive in any way. A pleasure.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, romantic getaway.

The condo was exactly as described - comfortable, clean, peaceful, charming and beautifully decorated. Much more than we had even thought! Everything we needed was there! The location was very suitable for our needs. The owner was extremely helpful in all areas if there was questions or concerns, working above and beyond what we would have expected. We enjoyed everything so much that we even extended our stay! We loved the peacefulness and just being able to relax. My husband loved walking around the area. We both so enjoyed our stay! We would highly recommend this property to everyone and we plan to return!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+.

I moved in the night before I began my new job here in Tucson. It was comfortable, clean, and close to what I'm used to living in. Nice, quiet community and well taken care of. Located in a great area of town, this also helped make the transition a lot easier. I was the first tenant and took very well of the place and the landlord worked with me to make sure everything was well appointed throughout my stay.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Skyline Villas:
On my first visit to Tucson I fell in love with the place. My husband and I rented bicycles and cycled in the East Saquaro National Park along rolling hills with beautiful desert scape. That very same day we drove up to Tucson's sky island on Mount Lemon where I built my first snowman among tall pines.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The interior of the condo is very comfortable with quality finishings as ceramic floors and granite countertops. There are many windows with lovely views. The kitchen is well designed with island adjoining the dining and living room area. The patio is a relaxing place to enjoy morning coffee or evening beverage while birdwatching. On occasion one can delight in seeing javelinas graze on the condominium grounds. There is direct access to quiet neighborhood walks and excellent hiking trails are only a short drive away. Equally enjoyable are the numerous conveniences nearby as the local bakery where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast, the many fine restaurants within walking distance, the upscale grocery store, and an ice cream and gelato shop for the sweet tooth. Guests especially love that there are fine art galleries nearby that provide a Thursday evening artwalk.
