  We really enjoyed staying in your condo, Avon is a neat town and access to Beaver Creek was simply a walk across the street to the resort bus stop at the public Bear Lot. We also spent several days skiing @ Vail which was just 15-20 minutes to the Loins Head exit. I hope to get out to the Colorado Rockies next winter and your Condo will be on the short list of lodging options. Thank you so much for use of the Condo and your hospitality. Dave A Knoxville, TN.

  Well this worked out very well, great price and location. Skied at Beaver Creek and Vail and the best Snow conditions for the week we were in Avon.   I was attending an event at Beaver Creek and really didn't want to pay village prices for lodging. We have our own vacation rental so I started checking out condos on VRBO. When I stumbled upon this listing I thought "too good to be true". It was even better than the listing-- While in an older condo-complex, the house was clean and well stocked, quiet and convenient for my business trip. I was travelling with a ski buddy, so he was happy that it was a place with two queen beds--he really didn't want to have to stay in a bunk! It's a deal if you are in town for three or four days!

  My friends and I had a great time. The house had all you need to relax after hitting the slopes. Plenty of room for 4 adults. We tried 3 mountains, and Beaver Creek was great because you can walk there! The condo is in a good spot for food, skiing, and ease of travel. The owners were very prompt and thorough with their communication as well.

  This condo was a great find for us as we have family living in the same building. The property was very well presented, quiet, clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a home away from home. The owners were very helpful and friendly and we would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a pleasant place to stay. We will certainly stay here again when we next visit the USA. The photos and description are very accurate. We loved the peaceful Eagle river and the pathways which are just behind the condo.

  This is a terrific value and the location is fabulous for taking the shuttle. Photos are accurate showing the very clean and well-cared for condo. Owners were so nice and helpful in both phone and e-mail contact. I would definitely recommend this property. We were attending a wedding at Beaver Creek Chapel and activities in Beaver Creek Village and found the location close to the Bear Lot to be ideal. We enjoyed the lovely walk by the river seeing a hummingbird and a prairie dog and the beautiful trees and water very close to the condo!

  4 adults (two couples) stayed for two nights. This condo is in a great location just off the bear lot of B/C. It was extremely convenient to take the free shuttle up to the village and hop on the lift. The condo is comfy, quiet, and convenient. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

  I was looking for a comfortable, affordable place to stay, very close to Beaver Creek resort. This turned out to be a fine choice. It's right across the street from Bear Lot, so you can literally walk to the shuttle if you're a snowboarder or are carrying your ski boots to put on in a locker room. (We just drove to Bear lot or Arrowhead lot, since the parking is free.) The queen bed in each bedroom had a nice soft, light-but-warm comforter, extra blankets, and a choice of pillows. Everything was very clean and in good condition, though we couldn't figure out the DVD player-TV connection. Wifi worked. You have to turn up the heat in each room when you arrive. The kitchen was well equipped so we saved money by making breakfasts and some dinners. (Agave Mexican restaurant is right across the street, so we walked across the street for a yummy dinner there.) It was quiet -- seemed like we should hear neighbors above or next door but we didn't. The rooms are not large but quite adequate, and there was plenty of storage. The description and photos were all accurate. The owner had an efficient key system set up, local maps and info brochures, and a local contact person available by cell phone. I'd stay there again, and I'd recommend it to those who don't want to pay for luxury.

  This is the perfect two bedroom condo to put your feet up & enjoy a beer after an epic powder day on Beaver Creek mountain. You are less than 5 minutes for Beaver Creek and the grocery store...what more could you ask for! The bathrooms are newly refinished, clean and a perfect place to warm up and rinse off after a day sweating in the snow.
