  Five friends gathered in Santa Fe for a spiritual retreat This house was truly a home away from our homes. We loved the plants, the sunroom, the bedrooms and having 3 baths. The kitchen was easy to prepare meals and the dining room perfect for the five of us. We liked the sun, the space, and the location. Easy to get to all the places we wanted to go. Jerome was great to work with and adjusted his schedule to meet us when we had flight delays and changes in arrival. The house is clean decorated tastefully and comfortable. We plan a return trip in one year and will stay again. Highly recommend this property.

  We enjoyed a perfect stay for a long ski weekend. House was in ideal location, was clean and had everything we needed. We were not in the house very much but did use the living room TV to watch some football! The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of linens and towels and the owner met us to let us in and explain everything. It had everything we wanted or needed and very little that we didn't! Once again, the location can't be beat and the price was reasonable for the accommodations.

  The listing was as described on the internet. The owner could not be more helpful. He put exctra chairs out because we had more people than normal. He also furnished a blow-up materess for the kids. It was very clean and could not have been nicer. It seems they had thought of everything. We all loved the location. We had forgotten some DVD's and they were kind enought to mail them to us. We would stay there again in a heart beat. So, we have no problems recommending it to others.

  We greatly enjoyed our stay at this house, it worked out well for the five of us, especially with the three bathrooms. The house was very clean. The location was convenient for exploring the area with adequate off street parking for the car. Everything we needed to prepare a dinner from foods purchased at the fabulous farmers market was provided in the kitchen. The owner was very prompt in answering email and phone inquiries, and even had a fire set for us in the fireplace. We feel this is a good value for the price and would recommend it for others groups meeting in Santa Fe.

  We had a wonderful time in this great vacation rental. Everything you need is provided and the home is very clean, comfortable and warm with plenty of room for all 6 of us. The owner is extremely nice and helpful in every way possible. We highly recommend this home. Thank you Jerome for great memories. Glenn, Terry and friends.

  Even though we were a hop skip and jump from major access/roads (convenient) we heard no traffic noise throughout our stay. House very spread out but cozy as well. Furnishings were opulent and bedding/linens were clean and new. Walking distance to Starbucks, Downtown and plenty of diverse restaurants sold me. Front door view of the Sangre de Cristo mountains were magnificent! Can't wait to come back!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, pet owners, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

  This home we rented in Santa Fe was perfect for our needs. Layout of the home was ideal to provide a variety of sleeping arrangements - felt connected yet could spread out to allow for down time. The loft and master bedroom were more removed which worked well for our youngest child needing to go to bed earlier and our oldest nephew in need of his space. The towels and bedding were very nice and comfortable. The location of the home was ideal - close enough to a major street to easily get anywhere in Santa Fe. The owner greeted us and showed us around making sure we had all we needed. The only small drawback was the size of the kitchen - it worked fine for us as we really only made breakfast and snacks there - with so many wonderful resturants did not need to cook at home much. We will stay here again if we have the need to be in Santa Fe.

  Our stay was wonderful and the house served our purpose. I only wish I would have asked if there was air conditioning, it was very warm during our stay. Also there were many different levels with steps which was too much since I was traveling with seniors. I would definitely stay again if I am not traveling with seniors. It was a great location, close to the Plaza.

  The four couples in our group had a great visit in Santa Fe. The owner was so helpful. He made special efforts to make our stay enjoyable. We were not cramped even though there were 8 of us. The walk-in shower with grab bars was helpful to our elderly members. The sidewalk to the porch was a challenge, but was well designed to make the climb as easy as possible. We were empressed with the exceptional cleanness of the house. We would recommend it as the best you will find in its price range. Congratulations to the owner for his efforts to provide a great setting with extra special support to his guests. The convenient location cannot be matched.

  My husband and I met some family here for a weekend birthday surprise and we were very pleased with the overall experience. It was really easy to find and is a 5 min drive or a 20 min walk from the plaza.The owner greeted us personally and welcomed us into this warm and charming home. There was ambient music playing and there was wood in the fireplace, ready to light. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. The yard was under construction at the time, but should look fantastic when it is finished. This is a perfect place for a family get-to-gether or a place to gather with good friends. I would highly reccommend this rental, and it is a great buy!

If we are given more than 30 days notice

100% of your deposit will be refunded.

If we are given more than a 7 day notice but less than 30 days 50% of your deposit will be refunded.

If we are given less than a 7 day notice

0% of your deposit will be refunded.
