  Our time at the Hilton Bentley Beach Hotel was excellent! The room was very nice, spacious, and clean. The balcony was an added plus. While you do not have an ocean view, you still have a nice view of South Beach and the bay. Although you are not renting the room from the hotel, you are treated like a hotel guest and get to take advantage of all the benefits the hotel has to offer. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful! The pool staff and beach staff were great as well. The lounge chairs and cabanas by the pool are free to use and were always available. You do have to rent the lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach but the Bentley Beach Club is reasonably priced compared to some of the others I have rented from previously. The location is excellent, an easy walk to some great restaurants and only about a 10 minute walk to the heart of Ocean Drive. The Deco Bike station that is right next to the hotel makes navigating South Beach fun and easy. Alyson was very accommodating, and easy to work with and get a hold of before and during our stay.

  The condo is beautiful! All the pictures are exactly how it is. The staff is excellent and the hotel is right on the beach! Ms. Herman is very cordial and quick to resond to interested parties looking to rent a great condo in a great hotel. We had a grand time and will definitely stay here again when we return. Thank you!!

  The listing was very accurate regarding the location - This is the best area in South Beach!! The property was clean and well kept and the Owner was very helpful in making it happen for us. I would highly recommend this property to friends and family. You are surrounded by the best restaurants - Joe's Stone Crabs, Smith & Wollensky, The Big Pink, Prime one twelve, Prime Italia - just to name a few!! Miles of walking along the beach, bike rentals and people watching. Great, fun place.

  Location was awesome. The beach behind the hotel was not anywhere near as crowded as other parts of south beach, which made for a nicer time sitting in the sun. The room was great, just like advertised. Would have been to have a beach view though :( But for the price, pretty hard to beat. The rack rate the night I checked in was about 850. The spa on the fourth floor is a relaxing place to hang out at night and look out at the skyline. The pool was also really extravagant. Wish I had had more time there. Next time! :D

  The Hilton Bentley is a luxury hotel, and probably one of the nicest in the area. Very courteous staff. Our room had a giant king-size bed, a luxury bathroom with a jacuzzi and a huge terrace (large enough to sunbathe in/have drinks, if we wanted to). The property also includes a microwave (with oven option) and some eating utensils, and a small refrigerator. The restaurant on the property appears to be very popular, and is actually a hotspot in Miami Beach! The property was exactly as advertised by VRBO. The pool club costs extra, but we had all of Miami beach at our disposal and skipped it. There is also a beach club with additional cost for umbrellas and chaise lounges, if desired. Overall a great stay, an amazing room for the price we paid, and I would definitely recommend this property to others. One thing I will miss is the hotel bar's happy hour. The bartender made us some excellent mojitos (probably better than any of the ones I had on the restaurant strip, actually!) and all the appetizers were delicious.

The pool, pool lounges/chaises and pool cabanas are complimentary (free) to all guests; there is no additional fee for the use of the pool facilities. Your room keys gains you access to the pool. There is an additional charge paid directly to the hotel for the beach club if you chose to use the beach club amenities (beach lounges, umbrellas and cabanas).   Great condo! Quiet, clean, convenient and comfortable - everything we needed for a weekend stay. Kitchen came in handy with dishes and microwave when we needed to reheat pizza leftover from previous night's delivery. Also has fridge and coffee maker. Nice balcony provided quiet, relaxing view and great place to enjoy an evening rain shower during our stay. Condo is quiet and just a short walk to the Miami Beach nightlife and restaurants. Concierge offered great restaurant and pizza delivery recommendations. On-site restaurant has wonderful food and drinks - we sat under the covered patio next to the pool. Did not want to leave! Owner easy to work with and quick response for reservations. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

  We truly adored staying at Alyson's condo, the process from inquiry to check-in was seemless. Alyson was very responsive through email and answered all questions that we had about the condo and Miami. You can truly get a 4 diamond experience at a discounted price with this condo. The condo is exactly as it looks on the pictures, it was very clean upon arrival and the staff at the hotel were very helpful during our stay. Some added bonuses were the free champagne in the lobby in the early evening, the happy hour mojitos, the pool with the lounge experience and the clean beach directly in front of the hotel. No doubt that we will be returning to South Beach and to Alyson's condo.

  This condo was great! The description and pictures were accurate. The condo was clean, well- maintained and the owner was very helpful in making the reservations. The balcony was nice to have to hang out and read or have a drink. Everything was within walking distance to this hotel which made it a plus. I would recommend renting this condo to anyone who is visiting Miami!

  This was a lovely accommodation and perfect . It is a great location and very spacious. This condo has all the amenities you could want . Very scenic and right on the beach. The place is right next door to Prime One Twelve Restaurant, I would highly recommend it for an excellent meal and exceptional service. I look forward to returning again in the future and hope to be able to rent this property again.

  I have stayed in this property several times in 2009, 10 and 11. The facility is beautiful. You can't find a better location. Right across the street from Prime 112 and Nikki Beach. Amazing chairs and cushions on the beach service. Good gym. Nice pool and the owner does everything possible to make you comfortable. Plus at her prices, you are saving 50% t0 70% on the normal hotel rates. I look forward to going back this year.
