Lakefront townhome with exceptional view of the lake in Pinecrest Lake Resort. Pinecrest Lake Resort is a premier community in a beautiful setting with picturesque views, a 77 acre lake with beach, tennis complex, swimming pools, plus 2200 acres for hiking, biking and cross country ski trails. The lakefront townhome allows you to step right out and take your kayaks, paddleboat, or canoes to the lake. Surrounded by nature, you are only 15-20 minutes from several ski resort including Camelback, Jackfrost, and Big Boulder. The Crossing outlet and casino are also 15 minutes away.
The sandy beach with picnic area is only a few feet away. The lake with pristine clear water is perfect for swimming and there is a lifeguard in duty during the summer. There’s plenty of fishing, kayaking, canoeing all throughout the year. There is volleyball and badminton nets right next to the beach. The heated pool has a giant slide, there is a kiddie pool, great lounge area and full-service snack bar. Clay tennis court is within walking distance.

The Tenants waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Tenants shall vacate the premises on or before the expiration time and date of this agreement. 3. The Tenants shall maintain the premises in a good order and to replace, repair or pay for all breakage or damage to the property or furnishings contained herein. If cleaning exceeds above quoted rate, Tenant agrees that additional house-keeping fees will be deducted from the security deposit. 4. Tenant is to allow visitation by prospective tenants or purchasers during the term of the lease. 5. Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for loss or damage to any of Tenant’s personal property through fire, theft, or any cause whatsoever. Tenant is hereby notified to insure their personal property at their own expense. Tenant agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Landlord from claims of third parties arising from Tenant’s negligent acts. Tenant further agrees that Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for any injuries sustained by Tenant or anyone affiliated with Tenant, and Tenant agrees to assume full liability for all accidents or injuries sustained during the term of their rentals, to fully hold harmless and indemnify Landlord from claims if anyone affiliated with the Tenant is injured during the term of the rental. 6. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought onto the premises. 7. There shall be no smoking inside the premises 8. The Tenant shall not sublet the property. 9. The Tenants shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The Tenants shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and Tenants shall then immediately vacate the premises. In the event this agreement is terminated under this provision or because the Tenant has violated any other term of this agreement, Tenant shall not be entitled to any refunds. 10. There shall be no refunds of rents due to shortened stays or ruined expectations because of work and family emergencies and weather conditions. 11. If the property should go on the MARKET FOR SALE, it may be shown to qualified buyers during the Tenants’ stay. Every effort will be made to schedule the showing at a convenient time and not interrupt the Tenant’s vacation. Tenant shall allow reasonable viewings of the home between 9 am and 8 PM present or not. 12. Tenant agrees that Fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property. • CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of a cancellation by the Tenant, all monies paid or due shall be earned and shall not be returned unless lease is replaced at no loss to owner. • NO GUARANTEE: Appliances and property amenities are not guaranteed and refunds will not be given due to breakdown.
