  This condo is exactly as described and pictured. Immaculate, great location, gorgeous sunsets every night. We had perfect weather. Saw dolphins swimming by, took advantage of the bus/trolley that stops right out front - very convenient. Local spots are fun. The owners are very pleasant and easy to work with. HIGHLY recommended!

  Very nice condo! Clean, well kept. I would recommend it to anyone to stay there. The pool and hot tub are very nice and the view of the ocean is spectacular! It would be worth your while to stay in one night to just view the sunset! WOW. Patricia is wonderful to work with. The Pub Restaurant is right across the street. Decent food. Will go back...oh, wait! I am going back in July!! Looking forward to it!

  Unit was lovely and well maintained. The building was in very good condition, with lots of family groups. The town had few restaurants and bars, which made for a quiet location.

  Description of this property was accurate this place is lovely and has a lot more personel touches than most condo's we have stayed in the past. We hope to be able stay in this condo again in the near future. Property is right on beach with lots of great places around to eat and have fun!!!

  Ahhh, this condo is perfect!! Location is awesome, right on the beach! The condo is stocked with everything you could need! It is beautifully decorated too! Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!

  We have been coming to IRB and Indian Shores for 20+ years and Sand Castle for 5. We come with 7 other families and they are all jealous if this unit. It has absolutely EVERYTHING you will need, (except swimsuits) and it is taken care of like it is the owner's first home! The owner's are great and very attentive to any needs, (although we have not had any yet in 2 years in the unit). It is newly remodeled and beautiful. We will be back year after year.....

  We had a wonderful experience at the condo. We saw dolphins playing off the coast the first day we were there. We spent plenty of time on the beach and at the pool. The condo is nicely furnished and has everything you need to have a perfect stay. The water and weather were a little on the chilly side, but Florida had a colder-than-normal winter this year.

  This condo has been the best we have ever stayed at in FL! We will DEFINATLEY be back and rent from David and Patricia again. Their condo is set up with all the extras; granite counters, full walk in tile shower, beautiful bathroom vanities… the furniture is high end, including flat screen TV’s!! And the kitchen has all the amenities needed, including good quality pots/pans, crock pot, hand mixer, blender, dishes, bowls, etc… also, even a new washer and dryer! Of course they also have beach chairs, amazing balcony furniture and about anything else you would put into your own condo. WOW!! We had an amazing time, and are looking forward to coming back! The area of Indian Rocks is so nice for families, and the sunsets/beach/pool/hot tub is the perfect setting to thoroughly enjoy a vacation get-away in this amazing condo. If you’re looking for a condo in this location, you have found the one you truly will LOVE!!! David and Patricia are amazing to work with, and they obviously want each and every renter to feel like it is their own. Upon arrival, they even have a hand written note of welcome, and a bottle of wine!! We look forward to our return…. Marin and Lori/Michigan.

  Our family loved the unit, pool and the beach!!! The unit was very well put together and super clean. We felt very at home in this condo. The owner provided plenty of toys and games which we all enjoyed. The owner was wonderful to work with in every way!!!! Great location!!! Close to many of the areas best restaurants and attractions. There are so many things we loved about this unit I can't possibly list them all. We all want to go again.

  We were thoroughly pleased with this condo. We have vacationed in Indian Shores many years and this unit is one of our favourites. Indian Shores is a wonderful, relaxed, charming area within the stretch of Tampa / Gulf Beaches. It's quieter and less crowded than other Gulf beach areas, which makes it family friendly. There are many fantastic restaurants and activities near by. We are particularly fond of Guppy's restaurant as well as the Salt Rock Grill, the Conch Republic and a few others in near by Clearwater. For activities we like all the big attractions as well as some lesser known attractions like the Florida Botanical Gardens, the Seabird Sanctuary, and the amazing Ft. DeSoto Park. The condo itself is nicely renovated and tastefully decorated with everything functioning well. The pictures are true; the unit is excellent! The unit is very well equipped with kitchen amenities. We found it very easy to cook a good meal for our family to enjoy on the patio overlooking the ocean and stunning Gulf sunsets. The unit was also well equipped with bath and bed linens, and some beach toys for the kids. We appreciated that the unit was very clean when we arrived - this is important to us, and this place did not disappoint! The condo has a nice size swimming pool facing the beach, which our family thoroughly enjoys. There is a patio area around the pool with many deck chairs for sunbathers. As well, there are two Webber BBQs available in the courtyard for those who appreciate a tasty grilled dinner. Of course the condo is on a fantastic stretch of Gulf beach with beautiful white sand and emerald ocean water. On the beach there are cabanas available for rent for a comfortable and relaxing sun bathing experience near the lapping waters of the ocean. The owners were wonderful to deal with - very kind, pleasant, and helpful. Our experience here was awesome. We look forward to our return visit. And I'm sure that if you stay here, you will look forward to your return visit as well!
