  From the moment we walked in, we knew this Truly was Paradise! The first thing you notice is the view of the gulf, which is Breathtaking! A welcome note and bottle of wine from the owner was a charming touch. The kitchen was very impressive with quality appliances, cookware, granite countertops and all the essentials. The unit was clean, spacious and nicely furnished. Although the photos are accurate, you have to see to believe. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony while watching the dolphins swim by and cocktails in the evening watching picture perfect sunsets. Our family enjoyed the beach and pool. White sand beach, warm water and beautiful sunsets, what more could you ask for. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and our experience was wonderful. This is the perfect place and we look forward coming back again soon!

  I've been staying in this area for years and have stayed in lots of different condos, this one is a keeper! Indian Shores is one of my favorite areas because it's so quiet and the beach is never crowded even during spring break. As far as location goes you can't get any closer to the beach, lots of restaurants within walking distance and Clearwater and Tarpon are only a short drive away. The condo itself is beautiful and exactly as described. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of dishes, pots, pans and tupperware. The bedrooms and bathrooms are exactly as shown in the pictures, very NICE and CLEAN! Beach towels were provided which is a huge plus for those of us who are flying (they take up so much room). Loved the keyless entry, it was so nice not to have to worry about who had the key! Owner was great to work with. Will definitely rent this condo again.

  This condo is exactly as described and pictured. Immaculate, great location, gorgeous sunsets every night. We had perfect weather. Saw dolphins swimming by, took advantage of the bus/trolley that stops right out front - very convenient. Local spots are fun. The owners are very pleasant and easy to work with. HIGHLY recommended!

  Very nice condo! Clean, well kept. I would recommend it to anyone to stay there. The pool and hot tub are very nice and the view of the ocean is spectacular! It would be worth your while to stay in one night to just view the sunset! WOW. Patricia is wonderful to work with. The Pub Restaurant is right across the street. Decent food. Will go back...oh, wait! I am going back in July!! Looking forward to it!

  Ahhh, this condo is perfect!! Location is awesome, right on the beach! The condo is stocked with everything you could need! It is beautifully decorated too! Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!

  Description of this property was accurate this place is lovely and has a lot more personel touches than most condo's we have stayed in the past. We hope to be able stay in this condo again in the near future. Property is right on beach with lots of great places around to eat and have fun!!!

  We have been coming to IRB and Indian Shores for 20+ years and Sand Castle for 5. We come with 7 other families and they are all jealous if this unit. It has absolutely EVERYTHING you will need, (except swimsuits) and it is taken care of like it is the owner's first home! The owner's are great and very attentive to any needs, (although we have not had any yet in 2 years in the unit). It is newly remodeled and beautiful. We will be back year after year.....

  We had a wonderful experience at the condo. We saw dolphins playing off the coast the first day we were there. We spent plenty of time on the beach and at the pool. The condo is nicely furnished and has everything you need to have a perfect stay. The water and weather were a little on the chilly side, but Florida had a colder-than-normal winter this year.

  Unit was lovely and well maintained. The building was in very good condition, with lots of family groups. The town had few restaurants and bars, which made for a quiet location.

  This condo has been the best we have ever stayed at in FL! We will DEFINATLEY be back and rent from David and Patricia again. Their condo is set up with all the extras; granite counters, full walk in tile shower, beautiful bathroom vanities… the furniture is high end, including flat screen TV’s!! And the kitchen has all the amenities needed, including good quality pots/pans, crock pot, hand mixer, blender, dishes, bowls, etc… also, even a new washer and dryer! Of course they also have beach chairs, amazing balcony furniture and about anything else you would put into your own condo. WOW!! We had an amazing time, and are looking forward to coming back! The area of Indian Rocks is so nice for families, and the sunsets/beach/pool/hot tub is the perfect setting to thoroughly enjoy a vacation get-away in this amazing condo. If you’re looking for a condo in this location, you have found the one you truly will LOVE!!! David and Patricia are amazing to work with, and they obviously want each and every renter to feel like it is their own. Upon arrival, they even have a hand written note of welcome, and a bottle of wine!! We look forward to our return…. Marin and Lori/Michigan.

  Our family loved the unit, pool and the beach!!! The unit was very well put together and super clean. We felt very at home in this condo. The owner provided plenty of toys and games which we all enjoyed. The owner was wonderful to work with in every way!!!! Great location!!! Close to many of the areas best restaurants and attractions. There are so many things we loved about this unit I can't possibly list them all. We all want to go again.

  Thanksgiving on the beach was wonderful thanks to this condo! Everything about it was great. Other family memebrs stayed in another unit in the building and commented on how much nicer our unit was! I would recommend this unit without hesitation.

  We had such a wonderful stay at Patricia's condo. The condo was more comfy than home. There was every single thing that could have possibly been needed in this unit! The owners have gone above and beyond with this excellent unit!! There were plenty of games and toys for the kids. The TV was awesome on the 1 rainy day we had!! The beach in beautiful!!! We loved every single minute of it. I would love to have stayed forever!! We ended our week with tears!! Also Patricia is so very thoughtful! She left us a card with a yummy gift!! So unexpected and a kind personal touch! We can't wait to go back!!! This is the only unit in the building that will do!!! Thanks again!! Oh and as a side note she was so easy to work with!! Our deposit was returned quickly and the owner's sister was also very kind and helpful!!! Thanks again for everything!

  We were thoroughly pleased with this condo. We have vacationed in Indian Shores many years and this unit is one of our favourites. Indian Shores is a wonderful, relaxed, charming area within the stretch of Tampa / Gulf Beaches. It's quieter and less crowded than other Gulf beach areas, which makes it family friendly. There are many fantastic restaurants and activities near by. We are particularly fond of Guppy's restaurant as well as the Salt Rock Grill, the Conch Republic and a few others in near by Clearwater. For activities we like all the big attractions as well as some lesser known attractions like the Florida Botanical Gardens, the Seabird Sanctuary, and the amazing Ft. DeSoto Park. The condo itself is nicely renovated and tastefully decorated with everything functioning well. The pictures are true; the unit is excellent! The unit is very well equipped with kitchen amenities. We found it very easy to cook a good meal for our family to enjoy on the patio overlooking the ocean and stunning Gulf sunsets. The unit was also well equipped with bath and bed linens, and some beach toys for the kids. We appreciated that the unit was very clean when we arrived - this is important to us, and this place did not disappoint! The condo has a nice size swimming pool facing the beach, which our family thoroughly enjoys. There is a patio area around the pool with many deck chairs for sunbathers. As well, there are two Webber BBQs available in the courtyard for those who appreciate a tasty grilled dinner. Of course the condo is on a fantastic stretch of Gulf beach with beautiful white sand and emerald ocean water. On the beach there are cabanas available for rent for a comfortable and relaxing sun bathing experience near the lapping waters of the ocean. The owners were wonderful to deal with - very kind, pleasant, and helpful. Our experience here was awesome. We look forward to our return visit. And I'm sure that if you stay here, you will look forward to your return visit as well!

  We took our two young boys and this unit was perfect for us. The beautiful sunsets were visible on the patio where you could relax after spending the day at the beach. The water was clear and smooth, which was great because the boys are still small enough to be scared by choppy waves. There were lots of choices for restaurants, from family to fine dining. We also got fresh seafood at a store down the strip. We took a day excursion to Busch Gardens that wasn't far at all. We had a blast and would love to come back!

  We had a great family vacation at the beach with my husband, parents, children and cousin. The condo was beautifully decorated and included anything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach!! We had great beach time and the area was safe enough for us to leave our beach stuff out at night (which is so much easier). The hurricane shutters were great for those mornings that I liked to sleep in. We would open up half and then close the ones in front of the bedroom to keep it darker. The unit was very clean and we loved having the washer and dryer. Thank you for providing all the "extras"!!

  We were there with a tropical storm and felt safe, never lost electricity and the owner called to make sure we were okay. After the storm the weather was beautiful, The condo was everything the ad said it would be, in fact we have already rebooked for next year. The view of the sunset from the balcony is the best on the beach. It truley is a paradise.

  We spent a fabulous week at the condo. It was plenty roomy for the three couples in our group. The condo provided a great living space with all of the amenities. The highlight is the access to the beach right outside the building. The pool provided a nice alternative when needed. Proximity to excellent restaurants was a bonus. The gulf view from the balcony was spectacular. We also appreciated the free long distance calling to Canada. Thank you Patricia for sharing your wonderful space with us.   2502 is great! Perfect beach vacation location! We have been staying at Sand Castle for a number of years with 5-6 other families. This is hands down the best unit any of us have ever occupied! The renovations make it feel like new. We especially liked the open living space/kitchen area. It is obvious that the owners really care about this place. They are very responsive to any requests made of them. Only recommendation for future would be TV in bedroom 3, but that will not stop us from returning. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

  This is a lovely renovated condo in an older building with a nice pool, hot tub and big white sand beach just steps away. Balcony overlooking Gulf had nice table and chairs for eating, working or just enjoying the sunsets. Beautifully renovated kitchen, baths, and floors. Comfortable clean furniture, tv's in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, free wifi, a Wii, dvd player, washer/dryer, and many other amenities. Peaceful and quiet for the most part, nice if you want to relax! Excellent service from owners when WIFI went down on first day, fixed it right away. Bottle of wine awaiting us on check in was another very nice touch. Top quality bathroom towels and bed linens. Main drawback was TRAFFIC getting to and from baseball games, shopping and restaurants. 2 main roads to the island always clogged, took an hour to get to yankee stadium. Allowed 2 hours to drive to airport , which should be 30 minutes away and mIssed return flight d/t bumper to bumper traffic on Rt 60:(!! Air conditioner in unit was efficient but old and loud, made a lot of noise when you sat on the balcony and was adjacent to master bedroom, so awakened us some nights. Beds in second bedroom uncomfortable, and daybed in 3rd bedroom short for a tall man. Overall great, would rent again for a beach vacation, but not handy for seeing lots of spring baseball d/t traffic problems. Beth Cooper

  We stayed at this condo from 2/4/12-2/25/12 - This was our first experience at a beach front condo and it was wonderful. The condo was just as beautiful as it is portrayed. It was fully equipped with everything you would need. It is tastefully decorated. The grounds are clean and well kept. The pool is heated and very relaxing. We met quite a few repeat customers while staying there. I would rate this property a "10" and would stay there again. The owners are very attentive and respond quickly to any questions or concerns you would have. The property is withing walking distance of several restaurants. If you crave pizza I would recommend Slyce. Crabby Bills is good also.

  What a wonderful first experience. This meticulous unit is truly paradise! The photos are a grand reflection on the many upgrades that exist. The location was perfect for us. In January it was a treat to walk into the heated pool without that typical get used to time. The hot tub was to die for as well. The oceanfront view was impressive to say the least, and the sunsets were magnificent! The owner made us feel right at home and was extremely helpful. Coupons and brochures were in the drawer as well as directions to and suggestions for restaurants and local attractions. The Pub is right across the street and is a great place to go. They offer many choices, happy hour and earlly bird specials. Fun place and highly recommended. Hope to return next year as the winters in Pa. are often too long!

  We rented the condo over the holidays, and what a wonderful experience we had! The squeaky clean condo made us feel very at ease and at home. The location was convenient to several restraurants which were a variety of inexpensive to fine cuisine dining! The pictures on the website didn't even do justice to seeing it in person. The emenities from ceiling fans in the bedrooms to games and a very well stocked kitchen with many extra's that you don't find very often in condo rentals. The view and the sunsets were breathtaking and something to look forward to each day. The heated pool and jacuzzi were exceptionally clean and enjoyable. It was nice to grill and eat by the pool as well. The beach towels and chairs made available to us were a great advantage since we flew and couldn't easily bring them. We would recommend this unit to anyone who enjoys a first class vacation . We wish we could have booked it for longer!
