  This condo is perfect! The views are wonderful and the location of the condo couldn't be more perfect; quiet with quick access to the front door. The pool area is spacious and beautiful, as is the décor in the condo. We slept very well and enjoyed the lanai every single night. The owners were very personable and so easy to work with. We visited Sanibel/Captiva two different days during our week stay and discovered that the best shells were on the beach of Carlos Pointe, right in front of us :) We will definitely stay here again! We had no problems whatsoever and loved every minute.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  Very nicely renovated except for bathrooms. Such as, Faucet on sink in master was as hard to use as it was five years ago when I was last in same condo. Shower facilities same old ones as before.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Owner response: Thanks for the review! Yes, we agree that although the bathrooms are very clean and the showers work incredibly well, we would like to update them! We plan to renovate both the guest and master bathrooms in the next year. Our guests' comfort is very important to us and we will keep our future renters posted on this update as it's completed.

  This was a wonderful condo. Pictures were accurate. The property is very clean and fresh looking. The beach is clean and the whole complex was well maintained. We would sure return to this property, only stay longer!

  Where do I start........our Ft. Myers trip was "WONDERFUL"!! The condo owner was very kind and helpful to us with making our rental arrangements in her fabulous condo. We loved the condo's location on the south end near Lovers Key State Park. The condo was very clean, furnished very nice and we had everything we needed to provide the comforts of home. There was so much to do......from finding star fish and shells directly on the beach, seeing dolphins almost daily, swimming in the ocean and /or clean -nice pool, watching beautiful sun rises and sunsets from either our spacious screened-in patio or from the beach, visiting Ft. Myers Pier, exploring Lovers Key State Park, taking nature walks, visiting barefoot beach, and eating out. My husband and I traveled here to vacation with our son and daughter-in-law and 2 grandchildren; ages 2 and 7 months. Everyone had a really nice time and I would highly recommend staying at this condo complex. Thank you to the condo's owner for the opportunity to stay in your condo and the lovely accommodations!

  I remember my first thought when we walked into this unit. "Wow"! Immediately noticing how bright it was being an end unit with extra windows, renovations "10 out of 10". I need not say more. The condo was a perfect size for my family of 5, and it was full of all the extra pillows, blankets etc, which made our stay extra pleasant. All we needed was some groceries and we were set for the week. The owners and rental agency were extremely excellent to deal with, and I would give this stay a ****1/2 star. Fantastic sunset views and waterfront. Close to pool and stairs outside the front door.
