If you would like to go to the beach then you will find the famous Mamitas and Kool beach clubs only 2,5 blocks away.
The area in which the building is located is very vibrant and full of restaurants, bars and shops. It is located just half a block from world famous 5th avenue.
The condo offers a high level of comfort up to 6 people and is divided over 2 levels + private rooftop terrace.
On the ground floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, the living room, 1 bedroom with 1 queen bed & big closet and a full bathroom.

The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The Lotus is a great hub location in Playa del Carmen. It is close to the beaches and to 5th avenue where most bars & restaurants are. The building has an underground parking, which gives us the flexibility to go with the car anywhere we like and have it in a safe place. The building is quiet and has amazing views. We love to go to the rooftop at the end of the day and relax.
