This spacious and newly remodeled guest apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a friendly neighborhood and just above one of the most beautiful beaches in Malibu on Latigo Shore Dr. There is soft white sand for lounging on, a safe, calm area for swimming and a famous surf point for more adventurous types. Surfboards, boogieboards and kayaks are all available as well as lessons. Low tide brings amazing tidepools teeming with sealife waiting to be explored as well as miles of sandy beach for strolling.
The home itself has large picture windows with ocean views and new tiled floors throughout. It is quite large (about 1,000 sq. feet) and very comfortable with a king size bed in the main room and full size bed in a smaller back bedroom. It has a very bright and cheerful feel and is perfect for a couple wanting a quiet and romantic getaway. There is even a large screen plasma television for thoses days that you just want to stay inside and snuggle.
Barbecue dinner on the brick patio and then relax watching the dolphins swim by. There are many restaurants, both casual and upscale, nearby.
Santa Barbara is just a one hour drive up beautiful Pacific Coast Highway, Santa Monica is 30 minutes and downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood approximately 1 hour |
