  Our stay at The Royal Mauian was a fabulous experience. The condo was exactly as shown in the photos - there were no surprises. The Kihei location was fantastic - close enough to walk wherever we wanted. Lots of turtles to see directly in front of the property. The beaches were great with soft sand and warm water. The rooftop patio and barbeques were a great addition and we were fortunate to meet many vacationers while we were there. The owner was wonderful to deal with and we would love to stay here on a future visit to Maui.

  We were 4 adults staying here for the last two weeks in April. The moment we arrived we new we made the right choice in choosing this unit. It has all the ammenities you would want and more. The view from the lanai is spectacular, we spotted whales, turtles and the sunsets are incredible. You can sunbathe on the manicured lawn out front, swim in the pool or swim, snorkel or paddleboard in the ocean. Don't miss the rooftop patio with four barbecues, tables and nice view. Directly across the street you have shopping, restaurants, pubs etc. Tomoko, the owner is great to deal with, the information she supplied us with and the communication with her before arriving was a big help in enjoying our stay. We can't wait to go back.

  The condo itself was amazing, Tomoko, the owner, has thought of everything, form the updated kitchen, the privacy doors between the two bedrooms and bathrooms, the two tv's and spacious living room. You could tell pride of ownership by how clean and well kept this condo is. Now for the view from the lanai, wow, we watched sunsets, whales, dolphins and turtles duriing our stay. The property itself is very well maintained, the manicured grass area, the pool, parking area, with a sandy beach just next door was a bonus. There is also restaurants, shopping and pubs just across the street, very covenient. Last but not least the owner, Tomoko, she made it very easy for us to rent this condo by keeping in contact with us, sending us information on activities, restaurants, sites of interest etc. A great experience.

  I cannot say enough about how fantatic our experience was!!! Tomoko, Keiko and Gaby were absolutely outstanding to deal with. This property is stunning and the renovations in this suite were beautifully done. The location is excellent. We were more than comfortable and had one of the best trips we've ever had to Maui. We have recommended this property to many of our friends and family - but hope to restrict these referrals a little to ensure it's not fully booked as we intend to return. Fantastic!!!

  We had a wonderful time! This was our fist visit to Hawaii and did we luck out with location. We took a 7 hour snorkel tour to different islands, however we saw more in the water at Kamaole I beach than we did anywhere else. The condo was perfect and we will be coming back to Kehei and we will saty here.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  The incredible panoramic view of the ocean alone was worth the price of admission. You can practically jump into the ocean from the balcony. When I walked in the front door I could not believe what I was seeing. It's not a side view, it's dead on. Also, it's the same view from the master bedroom. Every day we had breakfast and dinner on the balcony, and we were bathed and soothed by the trade winds, which by the way could not be a more perfect temperature. AC is totally not necessary. The location is very convenient. Out the back door is a long beautiful sandy beach. Right across the street is Snorkel Bob's, along with several restaurants and shops that carry clothing and ocean gear. Everything was right at our fingertips. Finally, we were 10-15 minutes from the best snorkeling, surfing and boogie boarding. Oh…. and the kitchen was equipped with everything and anything we needed.

  Our family just spent 2 weeks at Tomoko’s Royal Mauian unit #207 and it was absolutely wonderful! One of the best view on Maui, two of the finest beaches and shops across the street. We couldn’t have been happier. We enjoyed the beach, pool and the manicured grassy area for reading and playing and we grilled out and ate on the Royal Mauian rooftop garden while watching the setting sun to complete the days. Tomoko and her office assistant Keiko are amazing to work with; very flexible and great at communicating. We had to change our plans twice due to airline issues and they were always happy to accommodate us. And Tomoko’s on-island team was quick to respond to help us while we were at the Royal Mauian. The condo was clean and well maintained and we look forward to returning in the future. We highly recommend this condo and management team!

  We just returned from Maui and of course are missing #207--this was a grandparent trip w/ our 14 & 16 year old grandkids--we all loved it..the condo was great and comfortable for all, with enough space not like a hotel room can be. Our grandson did much of the grilling rooftop, which is a huge area with super clean grills. Having washer & dryer makes packing light easy. The owner has supplied beach gear, chairs, boogie boards, towels and a cooler. The 2 full bathrooms were great to have as well. The owner is great to work with and goes the extra mile for you. aloha

  This unit has the best location in Kihei! Easy access to the beach, close to restaurants and shopping. The building has a great pool and roof-top deck. The unit is clean and well equipped and has a spectacular view. All aspects of the booking went very smoothly too. We will be back for sure!
