We've found the perfect blend for a family mountain getaway! Ideally situated on beautiful bold Norton Stream, one and six-tenths acres overlooking Trillium's Tenth Fairway.

Our crystal clear stream, which winds like a horseshoe around home, is stocked with trout for avid fishermen (catch and release, please!). Property boasts outstanding and "hard to find" grassy lawn for bocci, croquet, and football, while surrounded by towering trees, rhododendron and gentle hills teeming with wildlife.

Easy driving access, just minutes from Cashiers town center and golf, Highlands shopping and dining and water sports on Lake Glenville!

Total renovation in Spring 2008, hardwood and tile floors, great room with stone fireplace, satellite TV/DVD, gourmet kitchen with island and dining area. Ideal family split plan with two bedrooms and one bath upstairs and two bedrooms and one bath downstairs.

Recreation room downstairs (with queen sleeper) with foosball, satellite TV/DVD, games, books, videos, darts, office area featuring fax, copier and color printer and outdoor "state of the art" six person Hot Tub/Spa.

Breathtaking screened outdoor porch and deck includes stone gas fireplace, futon and sitting area, ping pong table, dining area, gas grill and teak lounge chairs for sunning.
