The Catalina Isles development is situated perfectly in South Fort Myers, close to the beaches, retail and sports facilities. It is directly south of Crown Colony Golf & Country Club. The lanai and pool are serene, private, and nicely shaded with northern exposure backing up to a private preserve and the golf course.
Exit the development and head north to Summerlin, turn left and you're at the beaches in 10 minutes, turn right and you have every type of retail and service you can imagine.
The two-story spacious home was built in 2006, fully upgraded in 2009 and I purchased it in 2011. I've professionally decorated the home and outfitted it from top to bottom with new furnishings. The pool-side furnishings alone are worth the visit.
This large two-story home comfortably accommodates couples, families and groups up to 8 in size. It is a wonderful place to entertain.
The master suite is on the first floor and boasts a large master bathroom, walk-in closet and sliding door access to the covered lanai with custom salt-water pool and spa.
Your guests will enjoy the upstairs with 3 bedrooms, a full bath and a loft+office.
The flow of the home is perfect. Everything is where you'd expect it to be and in immaculate condition.
You're a 15 minute taxi ride away from the airport. It's a turn-key home with all of the conveniences you want and an Audi convertible available for rent. You will love your stay here!

This is a beautiful house, very clean and well maintained. The location is close to all attractions and beaches. The owner was helpful from the time we made the reservation till the time we checked out. He even shipped my daughter's Cinderella dvd that we had left behind back to us. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a high quality stay in Fort Myers.Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Our family just returned from a wonderful, relaxing stay at this meticulous property. Just as described by the owner, it is just a few minutes to everything - beaches, stores, shopping and when you are tired from that , a dip in the pool or jacuzzi just outside your bedroom door isn't a bad idea either. We couldn't have asked for more. We have used vrbo many times and this is one of the nicest homes by far. Clean with attention paid to the details in every aspect. We would highly recommend this property for rental. My husband and I have rented a number of places in the Ft.Myers area over the last six years. This house turned out to be the most comfortable and well equipped of all. We could tell that a lot of thought had gone into preparing the property for guests. It was very clean and well stocked, with MANY extra features. (Loved having the Keurig and Temperpedic mattress!) We also liked the location as we spent a lot of time on Sanibel/Captiva Island and Ft. Myers Beach. The design of the house makes it ideal for families or groups of friends and the owner was so nice and helpful. We definitely hope to make a return visit.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My wife and I had a very relaxing time in this extremely well appointed home. It was spotless and well maintained with great furnishings and modern appliances. The layout is great with all the living areas on the first floor and easy access to the private pool. We could prepare meals in the kitchen and still be in front of the large screen TV and sound system. We spent a great deal of our time just by (or in) the pool. It's very peaceful and private. Being a salt-water pool was a bonus as we didn't have eye irritations and yet we didn't really notice the salt either. The time we did spend away from the house was at the beaches of Sanibel Island, which is only 10-15 drive minutes away. When in Sanibel, we would recommend Doc Ford's Sports Bar. The snapper special my wife had was fantastic. Amazing sunsets near the north end of the island too. We stayed away from Fort Myers Beach because it was Spring Break and we thought it might have been too crowed and not really our scene. Kevin, the owner, is great to deal with and nothing is left to chance. Full details about the house and and nearby attractions are provided in a well thought-out guide. We have recommended this to our close friends and we plan to book it again. This was the vacation we needed to "recharge our batteries."Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
