We had a wonderful experience!!!! The condo is beautifully decorated and view is breathtaking. The corner condo gives you an excellent view of the whole beach and the over-stuffed chair on the lanai provides a very comfortable place to read and enjoy the view. The beach chairs with umbrella and beach towels provided by the owners are great to experience the beach comfortably. The newly renovated kitchen is gorgeous. The granite counter, new cabinets, and new appliances including refrigerator with ice maker, washer, dryer, stove and microwave. Every detail has been thought of when you need to prepare your favorite meals. All utensils, pans, dishes or bowls you would need are provided. Everything is marked which takes the guess work out of where to find or where to put dishes back. Having the three TV’s with DVD players is great, especially on rainy days when everyone wants to watch something different. However we rarely watched TV, the beach absorbed most of our time, especially with a six year old we spend most of our time sea shelling and playing on the beach. The condo is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The owners have been wonderful to work with – just a phone call away if needed. I have plans to return in 2013!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

This 7th floor two bed room condo is right on the beach with incredible beach, sun and sunset views.The owner is very dedicated to providing her guests with a very good experience both in the condo and at Bonita Beach. The owner was always available by cell phone to answer our questions, and we found that every representation that she made about the condo was accurate. We liked the hurricane windows on the screened-in balcony. We could listen to the waves or close the windows for more air conditioning, if it got too humid. It is our understanding that the owner is in the process of updating this condo. However, we found everything in this condo to be in excellent working condition. It is furnished with very nice pieces of furniture and multiple flat screens and several DVD players. Also, having a washer and dryer always available makes a beach vacation in a condo so much more enjoyable than a hotel room. There are 4 beach chairs provided for the condo guests.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.
