This townhome is a spacious, well laid out and very clean home that is a great base for your vacation. It is in a secluded street next to wildlife area with no visible main roads. The rooms feel light and airy, and the place one of the best lots being less than 10 metres from the pool area (which is quieter and more private than the main club hoouse pool! Accomodation is 3 bedrooms with a queen in the master (ensuite) and full size beds with bunks over the top for little ones. The location is superb as it is secluded from the hustle and bustle yet being 2 miles south of Disney it is close to all the best attractions which there are too many to list!
Emerald Island is well known as a great resort for your lond stay or vacation and many return visitors over the 7 years of my ownership are testamnet to this.
Emerald Island Resort Community is a beautiful and quiet gated community located in the heart of the best attractions. It is just two miles south of Disneyland off the 192W where all the best shops and restaurants are found. Universal studios and Seaworld are a short drive I-4. The beach is a hour drive (Coco Beach) or beyond Clearwater. All the best Florida malls are within 30 min drive!
The accommodation is over 1350 square feet. The townhouse offers 3 full bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs and a downstairs half bath. There is a very spacious open plan living area and clean modern kitchen breakfast bar for sociable mornings! There is a nice covered terrace in the back that overlooks the large communal pool and Jacuzzi (10m away) which enables you to keep an eye on the kids! There is a balcony upstairs off the master bedroom which is ensuite.
The townhouse is fully furnished, including all appliances including microwave, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, TV and VCR, all linens including towels, pillows, bed sheets, and duvets. Also included all eating and cooking ware. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room inside the townhouse and there is a large storage area by front door. There is a queen sofa bed downstairs if extra sleeping accommodation is needed.
