This is a railroad style condo in a traditional brownstone...this means four flights of stairs... welcome to the city! The ceilings are tall and vaulted. The bedroom and bathroom are on the southern end, kitchen and sleeping loft in the middle, and living room and patio on the northern end. There is a partial closet available to you in the bedroom.

I had a wonderful time at this VRBO - the host is very friendly, helpful, and made my time here really enjoyable - even helping me bring in my luggage! She was great at offering suggestions for getting around Jersey City and NYC as well as having great recommendations on places to see and eat. The place is very clean and only a 10 minute walk to the PATH train and I was always able to find (free) parking. From the Path train, you could be in Manhatten in 7 minutes (to World Trade Center). The location is close some great restaurants: 30 Acres and Taqueria - each within a 7 minute walk. I also really liked being able to get to Jersey State park within a 10 min walk (5 min run).Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Stayed 1 night. Comfortable, clean and secure. Lots of stairs but not an issue if you use them once a day. Friendly helpful owner on site.Recommended for: Sightseeing.

Large 1 Bedroom Apt. centrally located for everything from Broadway to the Statute of Liberty. Easy walking distance to restaurants, (Brightside tavern and bar or Zeppelin Hall and Beer Garden) coffee shops, convenient stores etc. Apartment is as advertised and more, delightfully furnished with all the comforts of home.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
