  First trip to AMI for us and not the last. Your condo is just like being at home and not all rentals are that way. We could not have enjoyed it more. The location, weather, your surprise fruit and wine - Perfect! We arrived late in the day without groceries and went right to the beach with a glass of wine. Perfect start to our stay. We are opening a B and B in April so we know what matters to guests - The Rubinos are doing everything right. Thank you for sharing your special vacation home with us!

  Our stay at Palm Cay #7 has been amazing. The weather was sunny and warm with only two rainy days. The condo is extremely well furnished. We enjoyed riding bikes and seeing the island. We liked being close to the beach. Thank you for the welcome gift. We enjoyed it!

  We have had an incredible first trip to Anna Maria Island. It will certainly not be our last! the condo was everything we could have hoped for - cozy, well appointed and so close to the beach! We loved starting each morning with a cup of the Keurig coffee (thank you!) and a tranquil walk on the beach. The welcoming touches (fruit, wine) were much appreciated! We will look back on our time here very fondly and eagerly anticipate our next trip!

  This was our first stay on Anna Maria Island and we loved it! This is a beautiful condo and perfect location. Thank you for all the "little" things you've provided - from the fruit and wine gift to the beautiful furnishings! We relished our time on the beach, loved riding the bikes around the island and even sailed at sunset one evening. All just perfect! The only down side was that we couldn't stay longer. Guess we'll have to come back. Thank you again!

  All I can say is Amazing! This was our first trip to AMI and we can not wait to plan a trip back. The condo was perfect! Comfy and cozy. So excited about the Keurig - I have been spoiled with mine at home so this was a great bonus for me. Thank you so much! Hope to stay here again!
