We propose to you a remodeled 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms villa all on one level. It is a Private unit. Fully furnished, air-conditioned. Has a fully renovated kitchen and updated bathrooms. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen, w/table and chairs. All appliances are new: glass top stove, refrigerator with automatic icemaker, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. It is fully equipped with small appliances, such as coffee maker, toaster, mixer, bread maker and many accessories. Upgraded with tile and wood-laminate flooring in the bedrooms, wood cabinetry throughout and plus private laundry, a covered entry, a front and back screened lanai that make this a great place to call home! From living room window you can see the community pool, minutes to Downtown Sarasota and all of its cultural activities as well as a variety of shopping and dining options plus any one of the world renown local beaches.

My wife and I stayed here for the month of February 2012 and we really enjoyed this clean and nicely furnished villa. It is very quiet for most of the time. We were very relax and confi in this complex. They have three pools that you can used and are very well kept up twice a week. It is close to all the attractions and the beautiful Siesta Beach which is #1 in the USA. Baltimore spring training stadium only a 1 1/2 miles away. Amish restaurant very close by (2 miles) a must eat place. This place is geared for people in their 50's on up. You have two lanai to relax in. We enjoyed our dinner meals in the rear lanai 85% of the time there and very quiet. Will probably return in the future. Owner's are very confortable to talk to and try to make you feel at home.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

Everything was as promised: clean, connected and comfortable. This carriage house in a great location and it is just lovely. The villa close to the community pool, minutes away from Downtown Sarasota and the tourist attraction, variety of shopping and dining options. The courtyard is beautiful. The bathrooms were amazing, and bedrooms very cozy.There is a peace in this place that is good for the mind, body and soul. Just a wonderful place to stay! Looking forward to coming back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Owner info
About the owner: I am the owner of the villa. This is a private property and everything looks as nice as you can see. The Villa have been used only by our family. Then we wanted to make a change, and decided to rent the property out to vacationers about 3 years ago. I am honest with people and expect the same from them. I hope you will have a good time staying there.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes:
We discover Sarasota, FL in 1992 and bought this villa in 2002 than move up North. But, at list ones a year we visit Sarasota and our friends here. Sarasota is really like a home for us.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa:
I enjoy time on the lanai. It has full privacy, nobody can see you, and you can have romantic dinner with candles or breakfast in the morning (fresh air smells flowers). Though the day you can have a nap or read a book.
