  The condo was a great place. All that was required to move in was food. Several restaurants in the immediate area were excellent-including The Crab Trap.and several out on the beach. If you like seafood, then this is the area to be in.We have many friends that live in western Fl. St. Petersburg is mid-point. for them. Thye pool was well maintained and we made friends at the afternoon get-together for drinks and snacks. The grounds were also well maintained. We spent two months here and did not want to leave to move back home.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

  All I can say is WOW! This place is beautiful. My family and I have stayed at many condos in the St Pete area and this is by far the best. The decor and furnishings are top notch. Everything you can ever need is stocked in the kitchen. The unit was very clean and plenty of towels, washcloths. The pool was great and clean. Really enjoyed the Lanai to just sit and have coffee and read a book. Great location: about 1 minute to the Interstate to go north to Tampa or south over the Skyway Bridge to Sarasota is very convenient for sightseeing adventures. Only about 10 minute drive to some of the best beaches. If you drive north on Gulf Blvd there are lots of small towns with great restaurants and shops from St Pete Beach to Clearwater Beach, there's even a trolley you can take from Treasure Island to Clearwater Beach if you don't feel like driving! All in all it was one of the best vacations we have had in Florida. Would definitely recommend this place. In fact we've already reserved for next summer for a mini family reunion!

  Upon arrival this unit was spotless. The facilities where stocked with all the appropriate items. This complex is nice for evening strolls being that it is gated. All and all my experience was wonderful and I will be returning in the furture.

  This is a great condo close to the beach and great restaurants, it is a quiet, gated condominium that is easily accessible from the highway and a short drive to Bush Gardens, we went for the day and it was an easy day trip. We spent several days at the condo, the pool is nice and is never too busy and it was nice to hang out in the beautifully decorated condo, the screened in porch area is a great place to relax in the evenings and have drinks. The wash and dryer is very nice to have in the condo with beach cloths and towels. If you are looking for a very relaxing place to stay with the ability to go see the sites, go to the beach or eat at some great seafood places this is the place. I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a real vacation were you do not have to worry about anything. We will defiantly be going back.

  We've been renting on VRBO's site for years, since back before it was popular. Most are excellent, but over time, we have seen that the pictures presented, are sometimes very misleading. The home may have looked that way some time in the past but it hasn't been kept looking that way. That was not the case with this condo, it was exactly as presented in the pictures and in some cases better. You can tell that the quality furnishings and elegant decor were placed there by a true professional, not by someone trying to make it look good on a small budget. I also have to say that this is one of the easiest locations that we have ever stayed in the St. Pete area. So many times when we stay out on the beach we find ourselves dreading dinner plans, shopping plans or anything else because the drive takes so much longer when you start out at the beach. With this condo your on the interstate in less than a minute and can get anywhere so much easier. By the way, the 3 days we went to the beach it took us 11 minutes to get there and be on the sand. We recommend Ft. Desoto Park Beaches & Pass-a-Grill Beach for the easiest access with the least amount of people but St. Pete Beach is actually closer than Pass-a-Grill but much more commercial. You choose what you like, we like our time. This condo is truly a no hassle stay and you will be pleased with your stay here, we certainly were.

  We went here in August and what a beautiful decorated condo this was. My husband and I have twins and they each bought a friend, so this was a great choice for us with the bunk beds. The condo itself is only about 10 mins from the beach and so much to see and do. The kids loved it. We dolphin watched, Para sailed, rented jet skis, shopped and so much more… We found a quiet beach and the kids snorkeled and swam, couldn't keep them out of the ocean. Very warm by the way ... When we got there the checking in process was very simple no hassle and it was very easy to find. The condo was clean, towel’s and bedding were fresh. The floor was clean and the sun room was brushed clean… Loved that sun room, spent many evenings sitting out there enjoying our time together. This is so much economical for us as a family to stay here, it has everything you need and plenty of room. The kids took lots of movies and with built in DVD players that worked out well for them after we got back in the evenings to settle them down. The pools were always clean and quiet, even though I had to get my kids to calm down as it was all very exciting for them. We have already book us up for next year, we loved it !! The area is so nice that we didn’t want to be disappointed so we booked early. No complaints at all.

  This condo was fabulous! Had everything we needed. We don't usually get to take family vacations as our budget doesn't really allow it. But this was very affordable and there are beaches within 10-20 minutes that the kids and us could enjoy with lots of activities that are cost effective. Complete kitchen so we could cook in or there are lots of restrauants close by if that is your thing too. Plenty of stores right by to get any forgotten neccessaties or groceries. The place was immaculate and nicely decorated. Really enjoyed the quiet screened in porch to relax in the evenings. I would definately reccommend this to families or just for a adult get away.

  Let me begin by saying that the condo was exectally as it looked on the web site, decorated to perfection. I stayed there with my mother and sister so it was nice that all three of us had our own rooms but as we began to really look around the condo we quickly discovered that the housekeeping was not up to our liking. When we opened the front door a horrible smell met us before we could step in good. We found out that the garbage disposal was broken which explained the ordor. When the manager of the condo was contacted she immediately sent someone over to replace it with a new one. It was obvious that whoever has been hired to clean the condo simply was not doing so. The hallway bathroom toilet bowl was filthy, the twin bedroom had a dead lizard stuck in the open gap of the window screen, the fitted sheet on the master bedroom bed had a sizeable, nasty stain on the sheet and both bathroom shower curtains need a good cleaning, there were some cob webs and a very small problem with some baby spiders (to be expected in Florida). Having said that there were some things to clean with; mops, bucket, etc...we were able to get some cleaning solutions and gave the condo a complete cleaning. Perhaps some areas may not have needed it but after seeing what we initially saw I sure a little paranoia set in so we were not going to be able to rest peacefully until everything was completely disinfected. Something we did not feel like doing after flying from clear across the United States that day but we had no other choice. Honestly, I was ready to leave and sacrifice the cost of a hotel bill. After steralizing everything that should have already been done, I enjoyed staying in the condo. It is the most economical way to go. The location was close to everthing that we needed to do and it was truely quiet. Everything is available to you in the condo just like being home. After going through everything that we did that initial day, I have to be honest and say that I would stay there again and would recommend that you do too, just make sure that the cleaning has been done. The manager of the condo was contacted and notified of the condition of the condo and I'm sure that this issued will be addressed and will never happen again. My suggestion is that you make sure that housekeeping inspect the place prior to your arrival for any flaws. Again I want to say that the condo is very beautiful and you will enjoy staying there during your time in Florida.

  We have a large family and having those queen size bunk beds made the kids have a room to themselves without pulling out the sleeper sofa. Being only 10 min from the beach was great, once the day was done back to unit without all the sand and tourists. Easy to get to and easy to go back on interstate to Tampa. wold definitely book this again.
