Playa with VRBO

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is very nice to stay but make sure you request a place away from the street side. The noise on the street side is constant and continues well into the morning hours. Other than the noise, our stay was comfortable. Will stay there again but away from the street side and upgrading to having a living room area.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and hotel but the room itself was not in great shape. Broken counter, toaster looked like it was punched. Microwave looked like it was going to detach and fall off the wall. Small mirror in bathroom rusted and light didn’t work. On our last day the power went out in our room.Having said that, the property was very nice. Main pool was great. Location was perfect. Our contact person Mateo was fantastic. Very responsive. Helped in any was possible as quickly as possible. The only downfall of the stay was the room needed some serious upgrading.

Reviewer Comments: pool: pro - good size, swim up bar. con - could use more chairs, daily music choice is bad and ruins the vibebedroom: pro - comfy bed, kitchen is clean and usable. con - dated, old decor bathroom: pro - large shower, great water pressure. con: shower drains slooow, bring shower sandalslocation: excellent. close to beach and 5th aveoverall: perfect if you need a place to sleep, shower, and relax by the pool but it's not high end by any stretch. worth the price knowing 5th ave is close. safe. close to walmart to buy alcohol and food.

Complete lack of Service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Aldea Thai is a beautiful location that operates like an Airbnb, which you will not know by the way they advertise it. So don’t expect your room cleaned unless you pay $40 extra each time. Also, the reception desk only checks you in. If you have a question, they refer you to your concierge which you have to text and can take 2-3 days to get back to you. Nice location, beautiful place, but complete lack of service for what you pay.
