Beautiful condo that is true ski-in ski-out on 4 O'clock Run located in a complex with clubhouse, heated pool with indoor and outdoor hot tubs.
This top floor, elevator serviced unit is spacious and open with 1725 sq.ft. and 20 ft. vaulted ceilings. The stone fireplace is warm and inviting after a day on the slopes. The condo interior and exterior have been recently remodeled. It has updated carpets, tile, quality appliances cabinets, and furniture.
The condo is located in the Tyra Summit complex right on 4 O'clock Run. You can take the elevator down to the slope, ski to Snowflake Lift or the BreckConnect Gondola, and have easy access to all of the Peaks. Ski home for lunch and back again after a long day on the slopes. There is a small deck to watch skiers take their final run of the day.
Enjoy a fully appointed kitchen with all you need to prepare dinner, or use the complimentary shuttle to take you to and from town for dinner or shopping.
The condo sleeps a maximum of nine. There are two master bedrooms. The loft has a king bed and private bath with shower and tub. In the loft there is a queen futon. A master on the main floor has a queen bed with private bath, shower and tub. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with full bed and twin above. The hall bath has a shower. There is lots of closet space and dresser space. The bunk room has a TV, a DVD/VCR, and a children's movie library. All TVs have cable access.
For family entertaining, there are board games, puzzles, movies, X-box, and cable TV. The dining table seats six to eight plus the counter seats four.
We have unlimited wireless internet service. Washer and dryer located in the unit and covered parking.
This is a non-smoking unit that does not allow pets.

Great location. Access to the snowflake lift is good and from here you can ski to Peak 8 or 9 easily. Snow flake is a 12 min ride to get going, but better than walking, driving, or waiting for shuttle. The 4 o'clock run brings right back to condo! Awesome! Amenities were great! Elevator, parking garage, pool and whirlpool made the stay very convenient! Nice having garage space as we had snow 4 of the 6 days we were there. My wife was able to walk to town and enjoy all Breck has to offer, got exercise as well walking back up 4'oclock road. Has free shuttle to town, but did not use. Condo had everything it said and held 2 families great!!! If you want to pay more and stay in small rooms at lodges go-ahead. Very peaceful! Can't wait for next year to come back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This condo was beautiful! There was plenty of room for our family of six. The large dining table was great for eating as well as for playing games. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms spacious. Beautiful views from the deck. The location was quiet and away from the bustle of main street, but close enough to feel a part of the family-friendly, summer fun. The owner was great to work with. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable, well maintained, homey place to stay while in Breckenridge.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers.

About the owner: We live in Denver and have two kids who love to ski, snowboard, hike, bike, and fish. Breckenridge is the perfect second home for us and we are happy to share it.
Why the Owner Chose Tyra Summit:
Our kids were very young and we wanted a true ski-in/ski-out. When we found this condo, it was perfect- right on a ski run, with a pool and beautiful views. Breckenridge is a great town 12 months out of the year. We live in Denver and come up as often as we can with active kids.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The location is key. Many properties will claim to be ski-in/ski-out but are not. With our unit you really can ski right up to the complex, take your skis off, and take the elevator up to the unit. To catch a lift, just slap your skis or snowboard on and head to the Snowflake Lift 200 yards down the hill or over to the BreckConnect Gondola. And the pool is a plus - kids love it. Half the time I cannot get my kids out of the water. Great way to wear them out!
