Very spacious and comfortable studio apartment. SItuated in Zona Rosa, which is a very lively neigborhood (no security issues, at least during daytime). Owner is super helpful. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you Erick! See you soon!

My friend and I stayed here for 5 nights recently and had a blast in DF. The place was perfectly located--only blocks from the subway (there is an amazing array of street food vendors right outside the Sevilla station, by the way) and a short walk to several great neighborhoods, like Roma, Condessa and the city center. It's also near the large park with the anthropology museum. Roberto and his brother Eugenio were very accommodating, as our flight was delayed on arrival. They had many maps and tourist guides available to borrow, and also had highlighted things like restaurants and grocery stores in the neighborhood. The place lives up to all the pictures--it feels like a museum from the 1970s--and is HUGE. I would much rather stay here than in a hotel, and would absolutely rent again on my next trip.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you So Much Max!!!! See you pronto!! rch

If you are planning a trip to mexico city and want a truly memorable experience in a super cool pad, look no further. This huge condo is a blast from the past to say the least and in a great location. Normally, I dont like to stay in the zona rosa but the actual location is on the far edge of zona, very close to paseo de la reforma, chapultpec park and the best and hippest part of town, roma and condessa. Bring your camera and a great book because you might choose to spend some nights in cooking, drinking wine and laughing with friends. I cannot wait to get back...Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thank you Todd for such great review! I hope to see you guys again soon, and the place just keeps getting better... And I am pleased to inform all the guest that we do have Wi Fi now. Working on the cable...

Roberto who manages the property was very responsive to questions and was very professional. He was also accommodating by letting me check in early. The location is perfect with restaurants and night life close by. Also easy to get to the metro or take a taxi to the zocalo for about 30 pesos. This is a studio apartment and was on its own floor. There is an elevator so it was easy to carry luggage up and down. Please note that there was no tv, telephone, or wifi. If you don't mind that, I would highly recommend the apartmentRecommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car.
Owner response: Thank you Valentin! I've had trouble finding a suitable Triple-Play Provider; I hope I can solve it for the next renter specially if it's for a longer period... And really hope to see you soon! Thank you again for your nice review, very thoughtful and useful for future renters.

Almost excellent. We were the first renters and the apartment is still in the process of renovation. The kitchen needs more cookware and utensils, so mention them to Roberto and he will get them. The street noise is evident so bring earplugs if you are bothered when sleeping. But it was not worse than other city hotels. Otherwise it was a dream place and fun. Great location to attractions and supplies. Comfortable bed. We can not wait to see it fully renovated for our next stay.Recommended for: Age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, sightseeing.
Owner response: Hello Jerry & Sharon! Thank you for your lovely review. I certainly will bring some more kitchen utensils, in fact I don't know if I showed them all to you! Some of them are kind of hidden... Hope to see you again soon!
