  Bella Sur Mer was a perfect choice for our family's recent trip to TCI. The location simply cannot be beat - it's close enough to walk to Turtle Cove for outings and meals (Tiki Hut, Baci, Sharkbites) and far enough from the big resorts to still feel private and secluded. You can literally walk out the back door and choose (a) to walk 20 feet to the pool, (b) walk 50 feet to the beach, or (c) stay put and be mesmerized by the amazing views of Grace Bay. Smith's Reef is literally right off the beach, with pockets of reef in knee-high water. Snorkeling from our beach immediately behind BSM, we saw stingrays, a small spottted eagle ray, a reef shark, a great variety of reef fish, sea feathers, fan corals, tube corals, conchs, cowfish, lion fish, and much more. The sand is very clean and soft here, and the water is absolutely stunning. A short walk down the beach takes you to tide pools and fantastic sunsets. The villa itself has a cottage vibe in terms of structure, decor, and level of ammenities. Bedrooms are large, all with private baths and simply decorated. Bedding was newer and very clean. The sitting areas on the main level were all comfortable and accomodated card games, afternoon naps, morning coffee, and endless gawking at the beautiful views. We traveled with a party of 10, including 6 adults and 4 children and always had plenty of room to accommodate different groupings and interests. The owner had recently purchased nice, large beach towels, so we always had a nice towel to take to the beach or pool. The bathrooms could use an update, but they were clean and functional, and there was plenty of water pressure. The kitchen, while on the smaller side, was well-stocked with pots, pans, knives, dishes, silverware, etc for cooking meals. We had no problem cooking all but 3 of our meals in the villa. There are no "extra" supplies, however, such as oil, cling wrap, spices, etc, so be sure to plan for those items if you are doing a majority of your meals at BSM. We used the grill frequently, too. The grill is new and very nice. Finally, the owner and caretaker were easy to work with and very responsive and accomodating. It was very easy to get additional information and make requests. The caretaker came by for a mid-week clean-up and did a fabulous job getting us back to clean sheets, clean towels, and clean floors.   This beautiful villa was ideal for our family reunion and get away. There was something for everyone to do...The pool was very private and the beach was so close and lovely with excellent snorkelling right in front of the villa. The marina was a 5 min walk with excellent restaurants and day excursions leaving from there. There was plenty of room with many cosy areas for private quiet reading as well. The grocery store was a short drive away. Also being only 10 minutes from the airport was a bonus. The villa was super clean and well appointed.I would love to go back next year.

  Just home from an incredible stay at this wonderful villa! This is the place! The villa is beautiful and each room has a view of the bluest ocean you have ever seen! Your eyes can not believe what you are seeing! You leave a very cute airport, for a short drive. You drive thru the Bella Sur Mer iron gates to an incredible site. Your villa! The white winding staircase brings you to the front door of a gorgeous villa overlooking a pool and just beyond - the incredible turquoise sea! It is all open, with a wonderful breeze! Each room is beautiful and very comfortable. Each room has a view, with lovely furniture and is private with a bath. It is immaculate. You immediately run to the pool area. It is wonderful. Don't want any sun? There is a covered area! Want to sit in shallow water? No problem! You then leave the pool to run to the ocean! OMG! the water is warm, blue, clear and so clean it is inviting you to jump in! Just beyond where you are swimming is a reef, with some incredible snorkeling! We went snorkeling everyday (sometimes twice!) we were never disappointed! Did i mention the sand? It is like powder! We walked the beach each day! It goes for as far as your eye can see! You can walk to restaurants, other resorts, and shops. Ribs at tikki were great! You can cook at home too. There is a grill and everything you need in the kitchen. This is my ideal vacation spot! It is a beautiful villa! It was a wonderful week! I would highly recommend this villa!

  My husband, two teenage daughters and I spent last week at this wonderful home on the Grace Bay beach. It is an absolutely terrific, well stocked, vacation villa right on the water. We spent many hours lounging at the beach or on the shady pool deck, unable to take our eyes off of the fantastic turquoise water in front of us! The house had everything we needed inside, including wonderful breezes all day long. The reef 100 yards off of the beach had fantastic snorkeling, and we even saw a great little sea turtle every day! If you visit this home, you will be delighted too! We found it to be a perfectly located, very comfortable, tropical paradise. We hope to be back very soon!

  This villa was everything we wanted it to be! We were 3 couples and a 2 year old and there was plenty of space for everyone. The price was very reasonable for the entire villa. The grounds are amazing and the pool area is where we spent most of our time when we weren't snorkeling right off the beachfront! It was very, very hot the week we were there but the breeze and the covered area by the pool was PERFECT! The bedrooms are air conditioned and everyone slept great including the baby. We were able to cook some amazing meals as the kitchen was more than well equipped. Grilling poolside was an everyday event as well. Another great thing about this location is Turtle Cove Marina is in walking distance. We liked Sharkbite, thought Tiki Hut was o.k. but LOVED the Green Bean of course and the F stop tapas bar. Anything you want to rent is also right there. 2 of the guys took a dive trip with Provo Divers and loved it! The caretaker, Carey, was the sweetest ever. She is even available to babysit or cook up a BBQ for the group. We got lazy and did neither but next time! Nothing but great things to say about the house, the island and the location. We will definitely be back!

  This was one of the most beautiful and relaxing places I have ever been. The privacy and coziness of the villa made the experience more than I could have hoped for. The view was breathtaking from literally every room. Also, the property was really nicely landscaped with lots of greens and flowers which added to the privacy. There were several features of the property that I would say stand out and that would be the beach front, the snorkeling which was amazing because it is literally right in front of the property and that everything was within walking distance including great restuarants. I would recommend staying here to friends and family and would love to go back.

  I can't say enough positive things about this incredible home. Pictures do not show how truly AMAZING this house is. Just got back from a girls' weekend at this beautiful home and all I can think about is returning! You drive up to this private gated property, after about a 10-15 minute ride from the airport, walk in the door, and you are greeted by a wall of sliding glass doors opposite you that give you an immediate panoramic view of the gorgeous pool and beach rolled out in front of you. It literally makes your jaw drop. From almost every single spot in the house, the view is fantastic. The house is beautifully appointed and furnished,yet incredibly inviting and comfortable, with four very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The outside is lushly landscaped with trees and flowering bushes, and the pool is FANTASTIC. The large area of decking and pool are raised up, so you overlook the huge expanse of beach. There is even a built in shallow kiddie area in the pool and a private tiki hut directly in front. There are plenty of large beach towels and comfy chairs to lounge in at both the pool and beach. RIGHT OUTSIDE the house, you step onto the sand and into the ocean to an amazing reef for snorkeling. We went several times and it was fantastic. The location of this house is within walking distance along the beach or road to numerous restaurants, a coffee shop and marina. We ventured out a few times, but honestly, we would make plans to head out and often just didn't want to leave the house. There just wasn't a lot of reason to draw us away from such an incredible spot. A glass of wine and that view-not much else needed. I highly recommend this home. You will not want to leave!!
