Great locoation, right on the beach, two chairs & an umbrella set up for us every day, white sand beaches, crystal clear water. Grocery within one mile, restuarants all around, great souvenir shop across 98, great fishing, beautiful area. Condo very comfy & clean, nicely decorated, great family place. Swimming pools & balcony, outdoor grill. We will definately come back to this location again! Owner very friendly & responsive. GPS takes you past the property, property is on the left with Hampton Inn, immediately after turning onto Santa Rosa Blvd.

Just like the title states..."Pure Luxury"! This condo was absolutely beautiful with every accomodation you could imagine. We woke up every day to walk and take in the outstanding views of the gorgeous white beach then enjoying the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. The cleanliness of this whole complex was very impressive Also! Our family would definitely recommend others to come and enjoy this condo located in beautiful Fort Walton Beach, Florida:-)

This was the perfect place to stay while I was in Ft. Walton Beach. It had everything I needed and I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in town.

We loved this condo! It is absolutly beautiful. We had four kids with us, two teenagers ages 16 and 17, and a 7 and 9 year old. This was the perfect place. The condo had everything you needed and then some! The two pools and hot tub were great when we weren't at the beach. Perfect location to everything. We walked to the pier every morning. Saw the dolphins swim by every morning also. Ate at the Crab Trap! Great food and atmosphere. This place is the perfect location to everything but not so busy as being right in Destin. Mike made everything so easy as far as booking, checking in and checking out. No hassels whats so ever to deal with. Thank you both Mike and Kordula! You have a wonderful place.. : )

Great Vacation!

We loved this condo! We vacationed with our 2 girls and they each brought a friend. The condo was exactly as pictured and very beautiful! We loved the location on the beach because it was within walking distance of restaurants (both on the beach and across the street). We enjoyed walking down to the pier and the Boardwalk. From our balcony we were able to see dolphins swimming in the water! We brought a set of binoculars but the owner had 2 pair in the condo as well! Our favorite nearby restaurant was The Crab Trap - great food and beautiful view (perfect spot for pictures)! We will definitely be back!

This was definitely a home away from home. This condo is well kept with no worries about anything! It was beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need to spend sunny days on the beach or rainy/foggy days in the condo. The owners think of everything and the condo complex is in a great location and has a grand view of the ocean! This was one of the best ocean views we have had in a condo. Super easy access to the beach...go down the elevator, walk through the pool area and you are there with 2 chairs and an umbrella waiting for you! Thanks Mike for being so easy to work with!

Comments This condo is great. It is always clean and well stocked when we arrive. It is in a great location with a grocery just minutes away and a short walk up the beach to a beachside restaurant. The pools and hot tub are a wonderful place for children and of course the beach is beautiful. I highly recommend this unit. C.Moore New Lebanon, Ohio

We LOVED this condo! It was very clean and comfortable and the owners were a pleasure to work with. We had been looking for a place to come back to year after year and we found it! The location is perfect with easy access to the pool and the beach. We will definitely be back!

I enjoyed a wonderful vacation stay at this condo with a friend and six kids. There was plenty of room and no complaints. The balcony view of the pool was a great way of keeping an eye on the older kids when they wanted to swim after dark. The two pools are very nice size and the condo lobby and bathrooms are cleaned daily. This unit is extremely nice. I asked the owner to please make sure the a/c filter was clean as I suffer from allergies. He kindly replaced it with a new one which gave me peace of mind. We had such a great time and stay that I hope we can return soon. Thanks again to Mike for everything, especially for returning the clothing items that I left behind. That was very thoughtful and much appreciated.

The only thing that could have made our week at Summer Place any better would have been to stay another week. ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! The pictures don't do it justice. Everything is so immaculately kept and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Anything you could need or want to do is within minutes of the condo. We found that walking down the beach at sunset for supper to be so handy and so very relaxing. I can't imagine staying anywhere else after our week at Summer Place and cannot wait to go back! It's for sure our new home away from home!

If you have any doubt let me assure you this is a wonderful place to vacation, and a fantastic place to stay. When I was looking at all the rentals, I wondered is it really that beautiful. It is. We have three children, so the second floor was a huge plus for us. Friendly staff, always felt safe and confortable. Would return in a heartbeat!!!

We had a fabulous time in this condo! The room was fantastic and all we could hope for. Summer Place is a great place to vacation. Plenty to do, great white sand beaches, and beautiful ocean waves. We have four children and this room was perfect for us. Tastefully decorated, this will be our choice for rooms on our next visit.

This was our first true family vacation with 3 children (ages 5, 3, & 1) and it was absolutely perfect! The condo was beautiful and the owners thought of every last detail for a perfect stay. The beach and pool were wonderful....very clean, not crowded, and easily accessible. A lot of wonderful memories were made and we will definitely return.

Review Brigitte Kendzia This is absolutely the most wonderful and beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed it so much we stayed an extra night for a total of 9 days. I have not one complaint. The property is brand new and the unit decor is superb. The second floor offers a great view. The pools (one is heated with a waterfall cascading from the hottub into the pool) are amazing. All in all out of 5 stars I give Summer Place 5 stars. The name says it all, it is now our vacation place whether it be summer, winter, spring or fall. The owners and caretaker were so nice and personable, this by far was the absolute perfect vacation. Thank you for letting us stay at your beautiful unit at Summer Place, we will always be loyal customers
